Description of Work: American Direct sells buying services, but does not live up to their words in the sales presentation. My experience has been one of calling and making repeat calls with no calls back. My experience is one where the website is repeatedly not available for making orders or viewing information. My experience dealing with personnel at the company headquarters is painful at best.

Description of Work: This company does not return phone calls, has an inactive website most of the time, and misrepresents product offerings. I can not recommend this company.
