The experience was good. A few years after the work was done, we had a lot of rain. A lot of water leaked in, and I thought it was from the windows. They were incredibly responsive when I called about my concern. It turns out that the track on the outside of the windows hadn’t been cleaned. The technicians were helpful and explained everything, and didn’t even charge! I thought their price for the installation was fair. I’m happy with their services.

Overall, the experience was generally good. The finished product turned out really nice, and I’m happy with that.

Experience couldn't have been better! They treated our home perfectly! I own a rental property and will be using them to replace the windows in that property too! They charged exactly what they said they would and not a penny more and cleaned up after themselves. You'll be sorry if you use anyone else.

It was a free estimate. They were very nice and professional but I was irritated that they required both my husband and I to be there for the estimate. They took two hours which was ridiculous. I did not get the service from them in the end. Their presentation was very long. Their requirement that I and my spouse had to be there for the presentation was silly.

Although I'm writing this in Febuary 2010, the original with this company work took place in November of 1993-everything went fine with the job, they were in-and-out within a week. A few years later--maybe '98 or '99, one of the newly installed facia boards fell off. I called the company to inquire about the warranty process, was told I'd get a call back. When I arrived home three days later, there were two company techs replacing the facia board. I was pleased. OK, so...roll the calendar ahead 10 years or so to Feb. '10--same thing happened, the metal wrapping came off the facia. Getting it fixed went just like the last time--one call to the company took care of it. I djon't think it gets much better than that.

The window installation was generally okay, although the installers didn't seem to think they had to insulate between the window and framing. Siding was a nightmare. The house was left wide open over a weekend when a tropical storm was in Houston with forecasts for it to possibly come through Austin. The crew would leave the yard strewn with tools, materials and trash at night and over weekends, one night we were awakened to the sound of their compressor running outside our bedroom window. The installers destroyed a critical piece of flashing that resulted in rain pouring down the windows in the back of the house. This was after I specifically pointed the flashing out and told them to be careful of it. Hundreds if not thousands of nail heads were left proud and the painters tried to caulk over them. The crew hacked up shrubs on the side of the house. Quality issues were everywhere and the supervisor didn't seem to notice, even after I called him to the house twice to complain.

They did a fair job overall on our siding. I was impressed on how they matched the color and texture of our existing siding. That is the only reason that I would use them again. It was really hard to get them here as it took a lot of phone calls. Once they did come to do the work they did finish the work pretty quickly.

They did give me a twenty-five year warranty on my siding as well as five years on the material and labor. It only took them about 2 1/2 days to side my home. I was surprised that they were able to do that so quick. They left nothing for us to clean up. They did a great job with on our siding.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SALESPERSON WHO REPRESENT AMAZING SIDING, HOWEVER, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CREW WHO DID THE WORK BECAUSE IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO COMPLETE. THEY LOST MY LIGHTS THAT I HAD PURCHASED ON CLEARANCE. THEY WERE ON MY PROPERTY SO LONG, THAT THEY KILLED sOME OF MY ST. AUGUSTIN GRASS.
