Absolutely satisfied & highly recommend!

It is a breathe of fresh air to have a trusted company to turn to when we need septic services or repairs. Chris & Marissa are very good about educating you about your system, how it works, and what this issue is. They also will problem-solve with you and don't push costly or unnecessary "upgrades* that aren't needed at the time. I had limited experience with the septic system, so I wanted someone I could trust to bring me up to speed. It was also super easy because they also have a pump truck, so didn't have to coordinate 2 companies.

We paid $2000 to Alohas septic designer. It has been 7 months and we still have not recieved a permitable design. Our home construction has been delayed soley because of this. We call, we text, we email and are met with either being ignored or a brief response saying it will be done in a week, and the work is never done, week after week we are either ignored or told it will be the next week. The owners of Aloha have done little to nothing to help resolve the issue. The designer himself Keith Parkan doesn't seem to care about providing a permitable design. It has been absolute nightmare working with them. If you are needing a new system designed and installed, highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Service was very profession and thorough . Compared other vendors and Aloha was the most responsive to my call and was slightly cheaper for the same service without nickel and dimming the cost for the service . I strongly recommend this family owned and operated business.

Excellent owners Chris and Monica are professional, trained, responsive. Pleasant to deal with. Very busy so you need to sign up and get on their program soon. Not a fly by night operator, right tools, right equipment, right training to do the job fast, professionally, neatly. Cleaned up the site after they were finished. I'll keep using them as long as I have a tank. Priced right for the task you ask them to perform.

Pump out work fine. Needed a follow up for repair. Still waiting on a part they had to order or a call to say now they will be out to complete the work. It's been a month plus Hire again maybe if this job is completed Let's us hanging. .Called but no answer .

Went great. Chris flushed out all of my septic lines and hydrojetted each one to remove roots. He checked my two valves and added a root killer to pump tank. His price was very fair and my final bill was exactly what I was expecting. He is very knowledgeable about septic systems and always explained what he found and what needed (and why) to be done. I will definitely use him again.

Chris, with Aloha, is very knowledgeable and helpful. It was important for me to have someone address the buyer's concerns about the septic within their option period. Chris was able to get out there quickly and make sure everything was running as it should. Also, this past summer during a period of continuous rain, our septic needed attention, but the company that held the maintenance contact (AAWS) was consistently rude and unavailable. Aloha was able to get out there quickly, and help us solve our problems! I totally recommend Chris and Aloha to anyone, especially those in the Hamilton Pool Road area, especially if you have been trying to deal with the AAWS (Alcam) guys.

So much better than expected! Another local septic company tried to sell us a whole new $13,000 septic system when Aloha replaced our pump and everything worked again! Saved us!!!

I was very pleased with how quick Aloha Septic responded to my call. They knew the system, how to find the problem and how to make the repair. They had the required parts on the truck and they made the repairs on the first call. Because of their quick response I did not have any problems with any of my bathrooms.

Chris came out on short notice and fixed a huge problem. I had a backed up septic system due to a problem with the wiring of my septic pump. Chris explained in detail everything that he was doing and I learned a ton about my septic tank system from him. He answered all of my questions and was very informative. He worked with my home warranty company to have the worked covered by my contract. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I would hire him again without any hesitation.

Chris came out on short notice, and unclogged the septic pipe inlet. Quick and easy fix, but he really distinguished himself by: 1. taking care of us right away, and 2. educating us on what to do to prevent future problems, and suggestions to improve the drainage to keep the septic field drier, and 3. all the while with a great sense of humor. It's a dirty job but someone has to do it with a smile. :-)

I called Chris in the morning when my septic alarm sounded. I suspected the pump. Chris and Daryl came out that afternoon, replaced the bad pump cleaned things up and made sure it was all working correctly. They were courteous, professional and obviously took pride in their work. I read the reviews on Aloha Septic and they had nothing but great things to say about them. In my opinion, Christ owner of Aloha Septic ROCKS!!. His knowledge is amazing! I went to my new house not knowing a thing about septic systems to knowing how it works, where it's located and any warning signs that it might need servicing. I especially appreciated Chris' patience with me as I asked a ton of questions.. I highly recommend Aloha Septic and will use them again in the future.

I called Chris on a Friday afternoon when the toilet and bathtub in our house poured dirty water into our house. He was in the middle of another job right then, but took the time to give me some ideas as to how to dislodge the clog in the line, in case it was a simple job. It wasn't. We scheduled Chris to come out Monday morning, And he was there right around 9am. He and his assistant Darrell sent a snake-type thing through the pipe and cleared the problem area right out. He did say that there might be other things causing the clog since there was some resistance, and that the same thing might happen in a few months, but he installed a cap to the over-flow pipe that will let water into our yard instead of into our house. We agreed that he would come out and dig up the pipe at a later time to investigate the problem further, but at a time when we could plan to not need the septic tank. Chris explained things very clearly to me, asked if I had any further questions about our septic tank in particular and septic tanks in general, and charged me what I considered a very fair price. I will definitely call him back the next time I need the tank pumped out
