I'm a commercial proxy manager and that's the membership I have with them so I have used them on many occasions in the last year. He's fair in price, does a good job, and is trustworthy. He kinda does it on his own and I know I can trust him if I leave the keys, it's a sort of a relationship and it's not always about the money.

He is the owner & only worker, recent base price of $0.27/sq ft is fair, and answers calls quickly. He explains and teaches well and has gotten out a difficult stain from a white carpet by coming back a 2nd day & didn't change extra. He is honest. I now send him a key and he goes, assesses the carpet, and calls me to discuss. He has saved me a bunch when he suggested trying to clean a carpet that I thought needed to be replaced. He makes good suggestions how to conserve dollars by timing & placement of protective sealants. He was timely and effective with emergency carpet cleaning and drying after a sink overflowed.
