All Pro Foundation Repair - Austin

Jeff Ellstrom came out to look a a couple of cracks in our slab foundation. Prior to arriving, he called to let us know that he would be there at the designated time. And, he was.After an inspection and walk around the house, Jeff determined that the cracks were cosmetic and didn't need any remediation. All the while we were walking through the interior and exterior Jeff was explaining what he was doing and how the slab could be affected by plumbing, irrigation, landscape, etc. After walk through and inspection he had determined that the cracks were cosmetic. And, even though we didn't need his services, he spent another 20 minutes educating and advising - probably one of the more consultative and educating conversations we've had with a service provider. If and when we do need work, we'll only be making one call - All Pro.

The company representative was on time for the appointment. He listened to the reasons why we decided to call foundation companies for estimates in the first place. He walked the perimeter of the exterior and made a drawing of the house footprint and noted any condition issues/indicators. Next he took soom measurements on the side of the house where he thought there might be an issue. The measurements and overall house condition did not require immediate repairs.The levels were within the threshold of normal. He did not provide an estimate and recommended that we look at some possible foundation issue contributors before moving forward with foundation repair evaluation in earnest. He answered all the questions I had, of which I had many.
