Josh and his team are fantastic and extremely prompt and professional. Major shout out to Brian and Caleb for extra communication with billing and estimates, as well as clean-up and care shown in doing a job right. Rest of team included Ruth, Joshua, and Jeremiah. Last night I saw what looked like black mold on my bedroom ceiling. A small area. I could barely sleep and wasn’t sure who to call. Well, I decided to call All Nation based on their reviews. Josh was able to come out THIS afternoon. On a Friday! It was such a relief. He inspected my ceiling but also went into the attic and took a ton of photos. Well, I was kind of surprised. A lot of rodent feces, as well as condensation around the ducts of my air conditioning system. He also mentioned other things and showed me with pictures. He’s going to write everything up so I can see it and understand it. They can come out next week to take care of it. I am so relieved that I called and that one company can handle everything. He says he can take out the insulation with the feces, everything. Then I tried to pay him but this was free for him to come out and inspect everything. What a wonderful company.

They did a great and timely job

I had the unfortunate circumstance of having several 12 pack of sodas explode in my car. A few days of not noticing it and the heat of late summer and mold was discovered. The team was absolutely wonderful when I called in a panic hoping to save my car. They were so calm and reassuring while I was explaining my situation while I was slightly panicking. I was shocked how quickly they were able to help me (same day) and how throughly they were able to treat my car. I have given their names to several friends and while I hope I never end up in that position again I know they will be the first company I and my friends will call.

Destin came to help inspect some “black mold” developing in my bathroom. Was very communicative. He explained the tests he was doing, what he was looking for, and what he observed. Destin was clear about next steps and recommendations, but also explained why and helped answer my many questions about concerns around black mold. He didn’t make anything sound worse than he observed, and I found him very honest and knowledgable. Highly recommend Destin, really appreciate his transparency, and will gladly call them again.
