They replaced the motor once and within 2 weeks the motor had to be replaced again. The issue was the part was defective. They came out a 2nd time and replaced the motor at no charge

We had a system that was over 27 years old that was beginning to be very loud. It still worked, but the capacitor and blower motor were going out. I requested three quotes from Angie's List. Juan came out and provided a quote for us. He was courteous and very attentive when providing a quote. He cited many issues with the current installation. Although their prices were not the lowest or the highest, I felt most comfortable with Juan's expertise and the owner, Arturo. They were willing to come out in a few days and move some jobs around to install the system. Everything was done in the course of about 6 hours. The installation crew was courteous, punctual, and explained everything to me. I signed up for their maintenance plan. If their repair crew are as helpful as their installation crew, I think we got a good deal.

Arturo and his team were great to work with. Quick to respond from the first contact, all the way thru the end of the job. Job was done quickly and on budget. There was an incorrect part shipped by the manufacturer and the team went out of their way to get it resolved and still installed on time.

Arrived on time and troubleshot the problem. Presented the options and recommended which would be best. Gave me the best price compared to two other very good companies. They did the installation that same day. An absolutely excellent experience. They have great employees. I was so impressed I signed a maintenance agreement with AirStar.

I like the fact they are professional and personable, one thing that stands out was they will take off their shoes and put on protective shoes in your home. They always follow up, and always keep you updated with everything.

EXCELLENT!!! The technicians were very well trained and extremely professional! I was provided with a very detailed estimate which was followed to the letter! They cleaned up all installation debris which left me nothing to do but enjoy my new system! System has been working GREAT!!! I am an electrical engineer, with refrigeration knowledge, and could effectively evaluate the installation technical aspects.

This company came highly recommended by a colleague. I am so glad to have found them! They are the first HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with that did the job right the first time! We have had excellent running equipment ever since they installed it 3 years ago. No problems, breakdowns, issues whatsoever. When they initially did all of our duct work, they ended up billing us LESS than they quoted because they were able to use some pre existing aspects/materials in the attic. This is true testament to their integrity, as we would have never been the wiser. These guys are such hard workers, as well as professional and polite. We continue to use their company for routine maintenance on our units, and they are always punctual and thourough. Very very happy with Airstar

Access to the company is easy through Phone. Response time was quick. The technicians are professional, informed, and friendly. Once problem was diagnosed it was explained to me till I understood it and I was given options on how to fix it. After using the company once and found it to be a pleasant experience I continued to use them consistently for the last two years.

Service person showed up on time and went right to work. Though the problem was not straight forward he made a call for technical support and then had the problem solved. System has been working fine since.
