+ -1 moreI called them around 4 p.m. on the 13th and they had a technician here a little after 6 p.m. diagnosing the problem. He then drove back to the office and called us that evening with a quote. They arrived at 9:30 a.m. on the 14th and started working on it immediately. Hats off to them for service!!!!

+ -1 moreWe have used them twice, and every time it was good. We didn't have any complaints. Our overall experience with them was really good. We didn't have any problems at all. The price was great. With regard to quality, the skirting even in cement can be a bit fragile. Their responsiveness was great, and their punctuality was good too.
Description of Work: We used Air Pro, Inc. for our mobile home. Instead of a regular vinyl skirting, it was cement skirting. It looked more like a house. It was cemented. They put tunnels all around the house and some had doors so that we could go under the house. They did a new crossover so that animals do not get into it. They also checked the air conditioning.

Description of Work: Installed a new and incredible thermostat that allows us to operate de-humidification without having to operate the air or heat. Also operates the heat or air at a lower energy consumption mode when appropriate, saving electricity.

An example would be that I knew I wanted to sell my home soon and I wanted a good, reliable system that was not the most expensive "Cadillac" unit available. I also wanted to have a system that was very environmentally friendly. Plus, noise was a problem with my old system so I wanted to make sure that my new system didn't have a loud running noise.
Description of Work: Michael was very nice and caring. He has been working in the field all his life and really knows his stuff and will give you his recommendation straight. There is no pressure. Michael will work with you to easily come to an agreement on the type of system you need for the price you want to pay.. I will use this company again.. They are honest, environmentally conscience and really wanti to give you what youwant and need at the price you can pay.

They came out, gave us a free estimate as well as choices on a/c versus heat pump, seer ratings and how to improve air flow. After we decided which way to go, they installed it the next day. Perfect service!

+ -1 moreOverall it was a good experience and I would definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: My evaporator coil failed. Originally they re-charged my system but did not diagnose that the coil had a leak. I called the owner a week or so later to tell him that my a/c unit was not working again, and he came out personally to diagnose and re-charge the system again (at no cost) so that I would have a/c back up again until the part came in. The owner came back a few days later (on a Sunday) with the part and installed it. He applied full credit for the initial payment I made against the cost of the evaporator coil & installation. I priced the evaporator coil and installation with other HVAC companies and the $1,400 was in line with the competitors. While I was not happy that his tech failed to diagnose during the initial service call, I appreciate the owner's responsiveness and desire to correct the problem with no added costs or disruption to me. And the tech no longer works for this company.

+ -1 moreWhen we returned home from a long vacation, the upstairs air conditioner was not working. I called one company that came highly recommended. The repair person who showed up did not impress me his knowledge. The salesman who came a day later from the same company tried to sell me a new air conditioner. I contacted Air Pro because they are a factory authorized Carrier dealer. They knew what they were doing and determined that I did not need a new air conditioner. Plus, they installed a new evaporator coil for about $400 less than the other company had wanted.
Description of Work: Installed new evaporator coil for the air conditioner that cools the 2nd floor of our house.

+ -1 moreEverything went very smooth, they did the job from start to finish in a timely pro way. Getting up to the attic you have to use a step ladder though a small opening, the unit would just fit. Another company wanted to charge me extra not air pro. GOOD JOB!!

+ -1 moreWe needed to replace the outside unit of our 6 year old home due to poor equipment used by builder. Air Pro gave us a fair price on replacement of the unit and an even better deal on an upgraded, larger complete unit (inside and outside). They were able to replace the unit within hours of their insection of our unit. The guys were polite, clean, and finished the job in 2 1/2 hours. They offered an extended warranty for only 187.00 for an additional 5 years. The price given to us was exactly the amount collected. There was no trying to upsell or adding additional costs. We even spoke to our regular A/C repairman, whom was out of town, and he also said the price was good and that they are a reputable company. We are very happy with the job that they performed.
