Description of Work: Eric replaced two A/C units at my church. These units were very old and we did not have a lot of money to fix them at the time. Eric did a very thorough investigation to find exactly what was needed. He gave a good competitive price and work very hard to get the job done rapidly and professionally. He was very willing to answer all of my questions and worked with me to get the exact product that I wanted. Would definately reccomend him to others.

Description of Work: Eric was outstanding. I called him out due to a leak in my ceiling which turned out to be an overflowing drain pan. He fixed that easily and quickly, then helped me with some other issues. I was seeing some leaks in certain corners of the house and down the interior of walls. He went all through the house, in the attic and on the roof to determine the causes of the leaks. Eventually, he came back with pictures on his phone which answered most of the questions. This was all work that he did not charge me for since it did not pertain directly to the A/C problem. Then, several weeks later, I emailed him asking for these pictures to send to the landlord, and he promptly sent me the photos. Eric went way beyond what he was asked to do and was paid to do. I thought he was a great find (thanks Angie's List!), and I will absolutely call him again.
