I was very pleased with Affluent Exteriors Roofers. They show up when they say they will, they do what they said they would do and they follow-up. Can't say that about too many businesses these days.

I would rate Project Manager Tyler Musgrave a 6 on the 1 to 5 scale. He came to look at my roof problem the next morning after I had contacted Affluent Exteriors at 10 pm the previous night. Tyler is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. He determined that my brand of roof tiles were not available in Austin. It was possible that the manufacturer had gone out of business. Tyler didn't stop there. He was able to track down the manufacturer in Arizona and ordered a set of replacement tiles. Once the tiles arrived, he and his team arrived at my house on time and completed the work quickly. I now have some spare tiles in case I have another roof problem. Affluent Exteriors did a great job. A previous roofing company had used some tiles that did not fit with my existing tiles.
