Phil Hamilton, the installer, really knows his business and was ready to do the job almost instantly. This system works and works well. The components are very high quality and leave nothing to be desired.

DUE TO PERSONAL ISSUES, I KEPT THEM HANGING FOR 10 DAYS. BUT WHEN I FINALLY GOT BACK TO THEM, SERVICE WAS VERY PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH THIS CENTRAL VACUUM AND THE INSTALLERS.

I was not clear on the HomeAdvisor role in the process. Know that they are only the firm that connects you to repair providers, they don't perform any repair service. There were several hand-offs, but the technician that did the work was great and saved us a lot of money by engineering a solution in the absence of available parts.
