Description of Work: They picked up my Chinese cotton rug that had been flooded in recent rains. The owner called and confirmed the price and what would be done to clean and repair the rug. Due to shrinkage from flooding they had to do some minor repairs to the backing. My rug was returned clean and nicely rolled. It looks excellent. Thanks for rescuing my favorite rug.

+ 0 moreI highly recommend Mr. Petzole's carpet cleaning service. He did a beautiful job and I didn't have to leave my home. His prices are higher than others but you do get your money's worth.
Description of Work: Mr. Petzole stopped by to pick up our 8 x 12 ft rug. They cleaned and removed a couple of stains dropping it off a week later.

The owner washes every rug by hand and all rugs are safely dried flat.Never hung, wrung or spun dry which can stretch or distort wet rugs and lead to dye bleeding. All rugs are washed individually which prevents cross contamination with other client's rugs. No rugs are fed through machines. There are no extra charges for pick up, delivery, fabric protectant, deodorizing, moth repellent, soaking to treat for pet odors and stains.
