Getting in touch with him is extremely difficult. They missed multiple appointments and I never received a call. When I called to see why I was told that they were extremely busy. I understand being busy, but when I take a half-day off from work, 3 times, and nobody shows up, I stop understanding. The work, once it was finally done, was completed quickly and without issue. If it was not for the lack of responsiveness I would recommend them.

I had half a dozen fogged windows replaced, including several large picture windows. Good quality work and minimal problems. I got several competitive bids and Advantage Supply and significantly better price. and quot;Old Austinand quot; friendliness and down home integrity. Recommended.

Advantage sent out a professional to determine what I needed to repair my windows. They located the correct items, then came back to install them. It was a tedious job as the balances are tricky to install. They fabricated 6 screens in my choice of solar fabric and installed them. They made a template for a piece of glass to replace in a bar where one had been broken, then returned to replace it. It was the right kind of glass and it fit properly. In all, they were here 3 times to determine my needs and do the installations. They know their business, were very happy to explain how things worked and advise on how to approach various repairs. They were quite fair in their pricing. My windows work good as new. I will recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.
