+ 0 moreThey were very patient and prompt. We would highly recommend them. They came when they were supposed to come and did the job efficiently. They were great to deal with. They worked straight and didn't take a break. They didn't damage any of the shrubs and most every window cleaner that we've used had damaged it. There isn't one thing that they did wrong; they were best in every way. I feel that their price was very fair because we've had other window cleaners and they've charged just as much but they haven't been nearly as good. There were two of them and they just did a remarkable job and were really pleasant.
Description of Work: They did the 116 windows that we had. They also did light fixtures on the outside of the house.

+ -1 moreWhen Justin came to give me an estimate, we discussed the number of services he and his crew would perform, as well as any I preferred to do myself, such as removing and cleaning the screens. I opted for the full treatment and am very pleased with the job.
Description of Work: Justin removed all the screens and his crew washed my many windows and facings by hand, inside and out. Justin pressure washed my screens and replaced them on the windows.

Description of Work: Justin called to remind me that it had been a year since my window cleaning. I scheduled him about a month out, and he called the day before to confirm that I was expecting him. He and his crew of two other young men showed up on time and went to work cleaning my windows inside and outside. They were thorough and neat---even wearing booties so as not to track anything inside. I have a small two bedroom, one story house, so though the price may seem low, it is about perfect for the number of windows in my house---18 large windows and five small windows, plus two doors with windows The crew was finished in about two hours---all the windows cleaned thoroughly with no streaks, each window raised, with the base of the windows and the metal tracks in sill cleaned and wiped dry.

+ 0 moreJustin and his crew are great. They came out to start work but rain was threatening, so they took the screens that needed repair with them and scheduled a return later in the week. They came back when scheduled with fixed screens then proceeded to make our home's windows sparkle. I didn't think it was possible. Also north end of house looks like it was just painted; it had developed that dark mildew that north-facing walls tend to get. Justin advised us of some tricky spots then did his best to get the job done without damaging anything.
Description of Work: Clean all of our home's windows. Hadn't even been done, house it 10 yrs old. Large, tall windows with arches at the top as well as some dormers on steep roof. Also clean and repair screens, power wash limestone patios and north gable end of house.

Description of Work: Actually it was pressure washing and window cleaning. Justin and his crew cleaned all the windows, inside and out and washed the screens. He also pressure washed our pool deck.
