Advanced Installation

I bought a range hood from Ferguson, and Advanced Installation handles installs for them. The person who handled the first part of the install---mounting the hood to the wall---did a great job. His work was 4.5 out of 5. Before he could finish the install, I had to hard wire the hood. So a different person returned to finish the job. His work was 2.5 out of 5. He didn't cut the right side hole for the ducting, and he a did a sloppy job mounting the cover over the ducting. After he left, I reinstalled the cover. I'd use Advanced Installation again, but not the person who returned to finish the job.

Jeff was very skilled and professional. Installation of downdraft cooktop was a custom job due to the age of the prior cooktop (26 yrs.). Required woodwork as well as normal installation. Charged exactly the original estimate.

Very well. In fact the bolts that came with the microwave wearn't going to work. I drove around a bit and finally found ones that would work from a special bolt supply store. The guys from Advanced Installation actually waited for me to return. When I did they finished up. Great work, guys!

Installed custom appliances to my home. Many requiring tight tolerances. Nice staff!

Jeff and his team are AMAZING! I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with an appliance install or set-up. We had just purchased a Wolf oven and Zephyr liner to go with it and Jeff came and set up everything. In fact, the oven that Ferguson delivered was the WRONG oven and Jeff called them and got everything taken care of so that we had the right oven delivered instead. Additionally, the liner was ALSO wrong and Jeff ALSO took care of that! He even went out of his way to come over even on a vacation day to help ensure that everything was set up correctly. We had issues with designing a hood to fit with the liner and Jeff was the only person who actually had a solution! He worked with our carpenters and electrician to help them understand how to build a box that would fit around our liner. I can't say enough about how grateful I am for his expertise. Jeff truly is an expert! Additionally, while they were at our house working on our oven and liner, Jeff also helped us recognize the fact that our dishwasher wasn't bolted in correctly. We were working with contractors/renovators at the time so we had them fix it - but this would have been missed had he not pointed it out. He also offered to come back after our renovation to recheck everything in order to ensure that everything had been set up correctly. We are going to definitely have him back. I am very appreciative of their work ethic, professionalism, expertise and willingness to help!

Unbelievable work and work ethic. The entire team has installed numerous items in my house. They are exceptional and very consciences about the quality of work they do. Polite, knowledgeable, and a great deal for the work they do. I am very particular about spending money, and want the highest quality for the lowest price. I have completed four different installs and not been disappointed yet, quite the opposite. Highly Recommend!

Great service, attention to detail and follow through are excellent. They were able to do a bit of a rush install of my Miele washer and dryer. Very pleased with the install and their professionalism. They have always followed through, we recently had a problem with the toe kick to our dishwasher and they came to install the new one with no questions asked and no additional charge. Highly recommend them to anyone with specialty or high-end appliances to install. They are very careful and are trustworthy!

Jeff was excellent in every respect. We first contacted him when we were considering just replacing kitchen appliances, before the job blossomed into a full remodel. He came out at no charge and let us know that we had enough room to install a 30and quot; oven into our 27and quot; opening and that we had unused power for an electric cooktop/range that could be rerouted to run the speed oven we were contemplating. Then we went with a full service remodeling company and a complete gut, so when we got to the point of installing appliances, we used their recommendation (the only worker not on their staff). Big mistake. He was unfamiliar with Miele appliances and made several bloopers before we terminated his services and called Jeff in to clean up. Jeff was extremely prompt in returning our calls, texts and e-mails. He even rearranged his schedule to fit in with our other work. The look on his face was priceless when he saw what the first installer had done after an hour of poring over the cryptic German instructions. Luckily, Jeff was very experienced and didn't need instructions. He pulled the mangled mounting brackets off, straightened the tabs never meant to bend, flipped the brackets around, and reinstalled the oven correctly in less than 15 minutes. He proceeded to install every other item just as quickly and efficiently. When there was a problem with the electrical supply for the main oven, he made another trip out to be there with the electrician, so that he would be the one to handle pulling the oven back out. He even double checked the dishwasher installation for us and installed the toe kick, left incomplete by the previous installer. We've had a lot of workmen through the house in the last five weeks by which to judge. We would give our highest recommendation to Advanced Installation.
