After checking each website and any other information I could find regarding the listed inspectors, I selected Advanced Inspection Service (Ed Martin) because he holds a ASHI certification in addition to his TREC certification. I contacted Ed via his website and we communicated by email regarding the services I needed and scheduling the inspection. Ed showed up on time and prepared, completed a systematic inspection of the house, pointed out deficiencies along the way, provided recommendations for continued preventative maintenance, and summarized all findings at the end of the inspection. Pricing was exactly as quoted on his website and an electronic copy of his detailed report was available by the end of the day. I found Ed to be very pleasant yet professional. I would recommend Advanced Inspection Service to anyone in the area needing a home inspection.
