Peter came out for the estimate and within 2 days we had a quote with a design layout and a follow up appointment scheduled. When we had our follow up, Peter explained in detail his plan of attack, gave us a ton of information to help us understand the product better and made us feel confident and comfortable that by going with him we would be taken care of. Peter and his crew were able to get me my estimate and follow up appointment within one week, so the beginning of week 2 brought the installation date to a start and not only was the crew respectful of my later morning start time but they were always timely, they worked hard and didn't take much time for breaks, you could tell they liked to get in and get there work done without inconveniencing you with them being there. All of the work was performed at or above the promise and they were thorough with all the equipment and how to use the camera software. We enjoyed having them at our house and can honestly say that I will keep using them in the future and all my friends and family are going to learn about them too!

They were very prompt in responding to us. They were able to come on a Saturday to install our tv. Also, we ended up purchasing our tv from them and it was $300 cheaper than large stores that sell big screen tv's. They were able to have the audio, cable, Ipod, and DVD be combined all onto one remote, which is awesome. They were very prompt in helping us to resolve any issues we had after installation (help with remotes, etc).
