Great - came out within a day of calling about the problem - was able to work in the 3 follow up visits at our convenience...showed me pictures of what was going on up there as well as where they had chewed some electrical wires - stuff we wouldn't have found if we looked on our own!

We were initially referred to Stephen from our realtor after we bought our house. We've had him out to treat everything general internal pest control to an ant problem (that I assumed was termites and freaked out!). Later we had a problem with rats moving into the attic - he suggested a and quot;plan of attackand quot; that worked out great. Very respectful of your property and not pushy to get you to do extra services like some people are My pets also liked him too which tells you something!

Stephen is always friendly, professional and helpful. We have absolute trust in him. He takes care of us!!

They are a locally owned company and are very good. I have an annual termite contract with them, and for other things I pay as we go. They come quarterly for termites and for other things they come when I call them. I’m supposed to get the same technician every time but they changed the person last year.

It works really well. We have had a tones of bugs in our area but they got that all under control. They call us and let us know when they would be here.

They are always good and what I like most is that their prices are very reasonable and affordable. The work is done professionally and the service is very accommodating.
