I contacted Ace Roofing via email after store hours and received a call the next morning and was able to schedule a appointment for a free estimate within 24 hrs. The job was done quickly and professionally . Great service !

A leak showed up in the roof of the den of my mother's house. Called Jason Wright, and he promptly came out and checked the roof. Turns out there was hail damage from at least 4 years ago that had not been noticed. He helped me deal with the insurance company, and his crew came out and completely replaced the roof. Jason went out of his way to make sure that my mother was not inconvenienced, and the work was excellent. The cost came in exactly as projected. I would tell anyone to use Ace Roofing.

DJ came out and gave us a quote and also came out when the insurance adjuster came. DJ was outstanding in helping us understand the process in getting our roof replace. The company came out on Wednesday morning and had the job done in one day. They made sure the garden was protected from any damage and removed all the material that was torn down. The roof looked great when it was completed.

Lane and Tyler gave me the best estimate. Tyler stayed in touch with us on a regular basis and worked with the insurance company to get an good adjustment on the damaged shingle roof. All in all a excellent experience. Highly recommend these guys

Working with Tyler Lawson and the Ace Roofing crew was a pleasure. They did the work on time and on budget and the best part was there were "no surprises"! The quality of their work was excellent and they truly went the extra mile to meet my expectations. The contract included removal and painting of the existing gutters (which were 26 years old), and instead of doing that... they offered to replace them with "new" gutters at the same contract price. They didn't have to deal with painting the old gutters and I got awesome new ones... truly a win-win!

It was great. DJ, one of the owners, managed to schedule the job before a huge storm, and for that I'm grateful. Otherwise, my sun room would have leaked.

There was a leak around the chimney which presumably they fixed. My biggest problem with them was communication. The service rep I worked with took another job, so it was never picked up as planned. I mailed in the check and asked for a receipt which has never been sent. Strange.

I was very unhappy. They talked a good story that we were fired up. The shingles were all different lengths. They always had an excuse. The ridge vent was crocked. We were very frustrated. They finished the job after multiple calls. There was a lot of junk in our shrubbery. He said the job would be done at 3:00 and he showed up at 1:00 (they were not finished yet)with a child in the car-he just wanted his money. I was flustered that there was a child in the car on a hot day. It's not a quality job. I would never recommend or hire them.

Ace Roofing, and working with Tyler Dean Lawson, was a real pleasure. If I called or emailed with a question he got back to me very quickly and kept me informed of the various stages of the job. His responsiveness is why I went with Ace during the bidding process and I wasn't disappointed.

They were here on time and had it all finished the same day. I'm very impressed with the looks of my roof and the professionalism of the men who did the work. Bob Jordan of Ace Roofing was a very nice and professional person and gave me a straight-up estimate and stuck to the price. Bob came to the house at the beginning of the job and checked on the progress a couple of times during the day. He came back the next day for payment and to answer any questions I may have had - I didn't have any. I was very happy with their work and they gave me a 5-year guarantee on the roof if anything should go wrong. The shingles do have a 20-year warranty as well.

Called Ace to have a roof put on our new workshop. I also had them look at a particular area on the roof of the house, which was causing leaking. They assessed the situation and recommended a low-cost solution, which has worked great.

A high wind damaged my 20 yr old roof. Insurance didn't cover. I used Angie's web site to find high rated roofers in the area. I then contacted 4 roofers on my list and asked for quotes. Ace was the low bidder and in addition provided 40 feet of ridge vent at a cost of $80 to me. A real bargain! I dealt with Bob Jordan who oversaw the whole project in a highly professional and friendly way. The workers were friendly and efficient and responded quickly to some requests from me. I would do business with Ace again and highly recommend them

Our roof was old and long overdue for replacement and we wanted a metal roof. Lane, one of the owners of Ace, responded quickly to my request for information. He took the time to discuss all aspects of the job, made helpful suggestions, and was willing to work with us to make sure we got the roof we needed. Once we were ready to start, they were able to begin promptly. Lane stayed in frequent contact with us the entire time the work was in progress to make sure everything was done correctly. He even coordinated the installation of a skylight and gutters for us. We couldn't be happier with the work!

After several storms, it appeared there was water damage in the ceiling of my master bathroom. I called several roofers to look at the roof and perform an estimate. Tyler Lawson with Ace Roofing Co was the only person to call back within an hour. Tyler asked detailed questions about what I needed and offered to meet me as quickly as was possible for me. Throughout the process, I found Tyler to be personable, thorough, energetic, earnest and extremely easy to work with. Tyler assessed the entire roof. He did not find any hail damage, and said that most of my roof appeared to be in good shape. The area which was allowing water in was badly damaged and needed to be replaced. He outlined the section which would need to be replaced, and came up with an estimate which would include that repair, an inspection of all other parts of the roof, the replacement of any individual tiles which were worn or damaged, and the sealing of any potential points of water entry. Tyler provided a written estimate which included each item he showed me on my roof. When I told Tyler I wanted to hire Ace Roofing, he got me on the schedule right away -- within two business days, I believe. The job was performed quickly and done well. Tyler reviewed the work with me when it was completed. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process and plan to hire Ace Roofing Company for any future work I need to do on my roof.

During the last wind storm, I, like so many others, had large pieces of my roof fly away. In a panic, I called 10 roofers: 1 told me he could not do the work, I left messages for 8 and 1, Ace Roofing (Lane to be specific a co-owner) actually took the time to speak with me. He had me describe in detail the damage and walked me through the insurance process. He volunteered to be on-site when the insurance adjustor examined my roof, even if I choose not to have his company provide the repair service. Well, with that much customer service in such a stressful time, I was hooked. He did come out when the insurance adjustor was on-site and his partner walked the roof to ensure that nothing was missed. Lane then explained the process, with the adjustor, to me and he set a start date for the next week. Unfortunately it decided to rain prior to that date...I called Lane in a panic. He was out within an hour with a crew to do an emergency repair, thank heavens! Day One started on time and with a whole crew of professionals. I had just installed expensive landscaping and they built wooden shelters for my plants to ensure that no damage occurred. The roof was completed on schedule, as was the shed. I could not be more pleased. Lane was on vacation the week that my roof was worked on, but he called every day to speak with me about the project. He partner also was on-site to oversee the work. I felt as if I was their only client, which I know was not the case. Their personal touch and knowledge regarding their profession is exceptional and certainly not something that I have experienced in a long time. It is very nice to know that people still believe in customer service and have a passion for their work.

They're really nice. They come out & tried to help me get a new roof but my adjuster wouldn't do it. However they really tried for me & talked to the adjustor themselves. When they do your work, you don't have to worry - it doesn't leak or anything. It's always fixed.

We got a bid from ACE but selected another company.

The service from Ace Roofing Company was professional and fast. I got a fair estimate from them the first day, and we were able to get the project done within a week. The vents were professionally installed, and cleanup was good. I would use them again.
