Description of Work: After I bought the deal, they said they couldn't get to me for weeks, maybe months because they were too busy. Very unprofessional. I had to request a refund from Angie's List. They shouldn't be offering deals if they can't fulfill them.

Description of Work: Replaced a wall plug (box and hardware). I do not understand why he was working on the plug hot (with power on). It would take 1/3 of time of the power is off (about 15 minutes).

Description of Work: They came out to perform a couple of hours of very small electrical repairs. All went smoothly, although they seemed rushed, but they used the wrong device on the an outside receptacle. It should have been an all-weather in-use bubble cover type receptacle instead of what they installed. Just a code requirement.

Description of Work: Called and spoke to AC. He asked what I needed and I told him two GFI outlets because we were selling our home. He asked me to send to him what the inspector said about the electric in need of repair, which I did. I never heard from him again.

It was OK.
Description of Work: They replaced one of my kitchen ceiling fluorescent light fixtures after diagnosing it had a broken ballast. Good job and I was satisfied. I could have saved $ if I had purchased the light fixture beforehand, but didn't know it was needed and avoided the hassle of returning it if necessary.

Mr. Short arrived earlier than expected. He greeted us warmly and asked how he could help us. I explained that we needed to replace a faulty electrical outlet in our hall bathroom. He checked it with his meter and suggested that we replace it with a GFCI outlet that would be better equipped to handle the additional load of a hair dryer and curlers that were usually being used in there. His work took about 20 minutes and he checked everything out to make sure it worked as expected prior to leaving. We have been very pleased as the outlet has performed flawlessly for us ever since.
Description of Work: Mr. Short replaced a defective electrical outlet in our hall bathroom with a GFCI outlet.
