Description of Work: Very professional. They cleaned out our dryer vent and chimney. Also replaced our gas valve and made minor repair to top of chimney that we had noticed was loose. Overall they were great to work with. We will be using them again to do a larger repair in the future.

Though he provided me with another company, the fact that a company would turn down possible repeat business because he didn't want to get dirty when "there are so many easy jobs out there" really turned me off. As someone who deals with clients regularly myself, I would never recommend this company.
Description of Work: The provider told me he did not want my business because it was too much work. We need fire stopping put into the attic.

Description of Work: This is the second time Matt and his assistant, Drew, came to work of our chimney which needed some necessary repairs. The first trip was to sweep the chimney and to put in a new damper. When he inspected the chimney, Matt said it didn't need cleaning but definitely needed a new damper and some considerable repair to the fire box and the crown of the chimney outside. The first trip was to sweep the chimney and to put in a new damper. Today they are fixing the old bricks in the firebox. We have to reschedule the crown repair due to the weather.

 + -1 moreMatt is terrific. Very professional, great communication and explained everything very thoroughly. He is exactly what you want in a service provider and he knows his stuff.
Description of Work: Matt inspected both chimneys and cleaned one and made recommendations for additional work to improve safety of the working chimney and advised the second chimney should not be used and recommended sealing it off.
