Absolute Carpet & Tile

Crazy end of the month pinch for me. I contacted Jeremy in the morning and told him my delimma. His price per room was very competitive. He told me that he could squeeze me in! I knew that I was basically a "when I can get to you," but I was given a great estimate as to when he thought he could squeeze me in, so that I could plan my day. He called when he was about 30 minutes out and was prompt. Carpets look great and was fast and thorough. Will definitely reach out next year!

It was one of those quick transactions that you don't do everyday you just want it predictable want them in and out they did a level of quality that you can fine from someone else.

We have almost 3100 sqft. with tile and carpet. He pre-treated the carpets and cleaned every grout line. Jeremy was on-time and worked very efficiently. He was thorough and we are happy with the results. I would definitely use him again!

When I called the advertised phone number, Jeremy himself answered. He quoted a base price and we made the appointment for the next morning. He was earlier than scheduled and assessed the work first before starting. Once I agreed to his process, he then went to work. He was quick and efficient and the carpets looked really great afterwards. The best thing for us is the soap and enzyme he used had only mild odors; they were not offensive as with the last carpet cleaning service we used. I also appreciated the instant response compared to other services I had called who either never called back or put me on a long hold (after which I hung up).
