Description of Work: we use ABC for our yard service, and have found them to be somewhat reliable in terms of following up and showing up on time for our service. there have been a few times that we have called and our call has not been returned or handled properly, it depends on who is answering the phone. we have weeds in our yard, and while they are treating them, the problem has yet to be solved after 2 months . wait and see, so far I give them a B

Description of Work: Received an estimate only; price was a lot higher than other estimate I received. I was told an area where I have lost grass due to fungus was due to my dogs, and was told they couldn't help with a shrub that has an insect problem unless I put in an irrigation system. None of this made sense to me based on other estimates I received and using common sense. Also they never called to follow up after the estimate.
