We regret and apologize for the inconvenience caused by not receiving your email. The honest answer is that we don't know why, but according to our email records from that day, yours and one other email, failed to reach the proper internal scheduling folks. Both your email and one other failed to route out of the email box that receives and routes the communication that's created when someone hits the "submit" button in our online form. In all honesty we don't know why it happened, but we truly apologize for it causing issues for you and your home. We've implemented an extra measure (in our email system) to perhaps help prevent it from occurring, but even with that, while we'd love to say we'll never miss another email ever, the unfortunate truth is, sometimes the world wide web can be a frustratingly inexact place. If another circumstance arises and we can be of service, please allow us to try and get it right for you.

Description of Work: I use ABC for pest control, lawn service and mowing. I have been using the pest control since April 2014 and the lawn service and mowing since late August. They have been very responsive in all categories. If I call with an issue, they quickly respond. I would recommend them for all three of these services.

Description of Work: Had a huge old oak tree hat was dying and needed to be taken out. They're price was in the middle of the range but they were responsive and had insurance (which frankly not all the places I contacted had). Cost ended up below the quote.
