Description of Work: I had a bathtub and surround removed and replaced in one bathroom and a bathtub and surround removed and a walkin shower installed - Both bought at Lowes (who doesn't contract out to remove or install these products)--The serviceman and plumbers arrived on time and did an excellent job with removal and installation in both bathrooms - I will use them again for other projects and would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of project done !!!!!!

Description of Work: They provide plumbing, pest and rodent control, and electrical services for us. They also provided our sprinkler irrigation system.

Description of Work: Replace sprinkler system valve and several heads, check out system and program. A couple of minor things left undone but I was distracting the repairman by asking questions.

Description of Work: ABC is a curteous, highly professional provider of many services. They do our pest control and are always on time, and thorough. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Description of Work: I called them about 2 weeks before the date of service to get an estimate on replacing rotted wood around the house trims and around the windows. They told me that it is cheaper to reserve a half day or full day block and it cost $329 for a half day and $629 for a full day. On the day of the service I got a call from a person saying he is coming to my house to do the full day handyman. I asked if he is coming by himself or it is going to be 2 people. He said only him. I asked if he is aware of the nature of the job that need to be performed as I told the person on the phone the day I booked for the service. I questioned if only 1 person can perform changing wood trims around windows especially that I mentioned that I have a 2 story house. His answer was no he might no be able to do it by himself. I told him that I mentioned the type of job and the 2 story house to the person I setup the appointment with and how come he send only one person when the job required 2 people. He said if I need another person to help him, I have to purchase another block for $629 and the charges would be $1258 plus parts. I declined saying the person on the phone originally was made aware of the nature of the job and did not tell me that they will send only 1 person which it is impossible for him to perform the job and did not explain that sending 2 people will double the price.

Description of Work: Got rid of rats and their access places.so far,no rats. They return periodically to check traps.

Description of Work: Mosquito and pest treatment. Always on time, always know when they are coming. Even did an inspection when I I heard a woodpecker pecking on my house.
