They do a good job for me. The cost depends on the size of the yard. It depends how often you have it done. Their minimum charge is $35. The workers were satisfactory. They woke me up Monday morning at 8 o’clock. That’s the time they were supposed to be there. Their price is average.

Professional job at all levels.

I called because an animal fell down the fresh air vent of my hot water heater knocking a portion of it off. The animal was trying to get out and couldn't. I was told the hot water heater could be dangerous and someone would come right out and she would try to locate someone to get the animal out of the wall. So A on response. I had to agree to a $139 trip charge whether the plumber did anything or not. When he arrived he picked up the vent piece and applied a piece of tape. He wrote the $69 charge as diagnostic and repair making it $209. So D for price. He did not check the hot water heater in any way. As he was leaving I asked if my hot water heater was okay. He just told me to turn on the hot water and if it was hot it was fine. It was but as soon as he left I realized that the water in the tank would still be hot even even if it had just gone out. So much for safety check. I quickly called and cancelled the animal control part. I was afraid it would be another $139 plus $69 to agree that his diagnosis was yes you have an animal in your wall and I would be out $418 then and most likely would have to pay much much more for anything to be done.

After moving into a new home, I hear the patter of little paws in the attic. This cost covered inspection of the attic, roof and sides of the house. They attached heavy duty metal grates on all vents in the attic or other possible entry points. They put cages in the attic and came back several times to check for animals. Luckily there were not any in the house, but we then put cages outside, where a possum was caught. The squirrels, which must be smarter than the possum, were not caught, but have not made another appearance in the house. The cost was high but this is the initial set up cost and any repeat service needed throughout the year. A much smaller yearly renewal fee (around $150) will continue to give you the same service for following years. I then added the Pest Control Service as well which has several different prices depending on size of house and yard. They bill monthly for these services. They are a bit pricey compared to other companies, but will come anytime you need them at no additional charge. This cost covered inspection of the attic, roof and sides of the house. They are really good. The same man comes every time. He does a good job.

Then ABC guys are always very professional. They ring the doorbell to tell us that they're outside spraying and ask if we have had any problems since the last time.

Went great. See above. We put them on the contractor list we made for the new homeowners we sold our home to.

Very reliable and come when I have a special circumstance

I use ABC for pest control, and I have since 1992, when I had a squirrel plague and an inconvenient deceased rat problem, both of which they handled calmly and with a sense of humor. Since I moved into my new place, I have had a squirrel invasion (num, num, electrical wiring in cars!) in my garage, but no other issues. (Okay, a crazed preying mantis once ran up my arm, and the person I was talking to on the phone at the time was left with kind of a dim view of my sanity for a couple of seconds. But that was right after I moved in and they hadn't come yet.) Then I learned they do yards! I had loaned my lawnmower to a friend (Cue "Where O Where has my Lawnmower Gone?") so I figured I would get someone to take care of the lawn for me. Besides, I do not respond well, due to various conditions of mine, to heat, flying bits of grass, dust, or noise, so mowing is a task I am glad to delegate. I don't think they are the cheapest, but they do a good job and I can pay on line. I don't have to be home when they do the job, although I did stay and watch the first couple of times. I have never had them break things (possible exception of a small piece of glass in a garage window, may not be their issue), or mow my garden plants, and they always leave the sidewalks very nice and clean. They also helped me move a big piece of wire fencing, which was not at all their job, but they were quite cheerful about it. They come every second Wednesday in grass season and once a month in leaf season. They contact you if they need to reschedule, which is usually an obvious weather issue.

I use ABC frequently for plumbing, electrical, rodent control, etc. They are very easy to schedule and they show up on time and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I've had many good experiences using ABC. They may be a little more expensive than other providers but they stand by their work and their service is great - worth the little extra expense in my opinion.

We contacted ABC to find out how much it would cost to have them put up our Christmas lights on our house this year. Once I got over the initial shock of how much it cost because you have to buy the lights from them and before you get them to put the lights on and take them down. I was very very pleased with the customer service. ABC had three employees at our house the day after Thanksgiving to put the lights up in about 3 hours. They looked great and ABC gladly came back (same day as we requested) when a few bulbs were out and to adjust the digital timers. I would definitely recommend ABC for your Christmas lights if you can afford this luxury and you really want to remove all the hassle of putting up and taking down Christmas lights.

The professional arborist came out on a consulting vist.acesswedd the condition of the trees and gave me an estimate of the work needed. Gave me time to evaluate it. Called the office when I decided what I wanted done and set an appointment for the work to be done. The crew arrived at appointed date and time. The crew supervisor waalked me through what they plan to do. The crew went right to work pruning.all the trees to the agreed to height The crew cleaned up all pruned waste and carried it off Cleaned leaves and any debris from walk ways and drive. Supervisor went over all that had been done with me and onlu then asked me to sign for work completed. I also have ABC do my lawn and landscaping work and rodent elimination and prevention. While their prices are higher than some of their competitors, I am willing to paid the higher fee for the truly outstanding quality of work received. I have never found another company that goes to the lengthss that ABC does to maintain a extremely high quality of worker. They hire the best and pay them a fair salary for people with their training and knowledge. The result is that I often see the same workers who know their jobs and perform them well. The president's father developed this work model in the 70s and 80s for pest management and his business expanded because he offered a better product at a fair proce for the service rendered. The current president has expanded the model to include a much wider range of services.

It was great we have used this company for other home repairs and services.

Maintenance and repairs were done without any problems.

They arrived on time and did a thorough evaluation of the house and provided both an assessment of the current status as well as an estimate of services to prevent further mice and squirrel activity including tree trimming services. ABC were just one of several companies I evaluated and ultimately I chose another company which was much cheaper. When I asked this other company they remarked that ABC is a very good company for rodent control but that they tended to recommend more than is required. We shall see if this is indeed the case.

The work was performed as promised, the team was incredibly nice, efficient and made sure all debris was removed when the job was completed. This edging looks amazing - a totally professional job.

We had a problem with rodents and they took care of that. They came out several times and it turned out that we had a hole behind our sink that they couldn't see. We had squirrels and they were able to take care of it. I would recommend them. They did a beautiful job. When you call them they are there within a few hours.

We've had no pests in the house at all.

The technician checked our house in the attic in areas I was unable to get to and determined we had squirrels and roof rats. He set up a series of visits, during which they will set traps and come back to clear the traps and seal the house to prevent reentry. They offered a one year and a three year service. We purchased the three year service guarantee, so they will come back and check to prevent a re-infestation for three years. The first is next week.

I am on a quarterly service plan to fertilize the yard and keep it green. Seems good.

We have used ABC for several services over the years. The house had a termite warranty with ABC when we bought the house, so we have kept it active ever since, about 10 years. They are always punctual and efficient and we think the cost of the service is reasonable. We have also used them recently for rodent proofing and removal. We needed help ridding our attic of rats and keeping them from coming back. They came out and sealed all entry points and set traps. They came back several days later and checked the traps. With the current yearly service, if we hear any activity in the attic they will come out, check again for entry points, set traps and come back days later to check and remove the traps.

All went well and we were able to schedule the handyman services prior to showing our house for sale. All services took place during the first 2 weeks of October and we were pressed to get them done because of an inspector's report. All services were completed on time and with excellent results. The roof work was, in fact, so good that a follow-up inspection from the buyer's inspector prompted a question as to whether we had replaced the roof in the 9 years we have lived here. The answer was "no". I was astounded that the repairs were that good. I definitely would hire them again for any sort of handyman services such as this. Good job!!!!

On everything but price, I'd rank them an A. I thought they were a little high priced for what they did but I tried to do it myself and didn't succeed. They were on time. They did a good job. They cleaned up. I went with them because they do advertise heavily, I didn't know of any other plumbing contractors or anything and based on their reputation of doing quality services. I think that they deserve an A all the way across. I thought the price was a little bit high but I wasn't able to do it myself and they got it done quickly.
