We opted to sign up for semiannual treatment and they did not try to sell us more than we needed (such as quarterly treatment). So far, no more ants. We are glad they said they use environment-friendly chemicals that are not as toxic and would not harm lizards, pets, etc.

Dwayne did a wonderful job in re-doing our ceiling and wall from water damage. Its like it never happened. The work was quality and he was very courteous.

No issues, the technician came out and compelted the work on time.

Dick Young came to the house to inspect it for rodents. He found evidence of roof rats in the attic, along with rub marks and a hole that indicated the possibility of a larger animal (squirrel or raccoon). He gave us a detailed description of the work they would do to exclude and remove any rodents or larger animals in the attic. We also purchased a three-year rodent exclusion contract. Dick gave us all the options and let us decide which was most cost effective for us. He was very professional and never pressured us. When we asked him about other services (pest/termite control) he gave us the information we needed without trying to sell us anything. After we signed a service agreement, a representative from ABC contacted us promptly to set up a date for the work to the done. The technician showed up on time and performed the work quickly. The next day someone came to check the traps, and they will return at least two more times. We are very pleased!

Scott showed up on time and handled the arrangements very professionally. The crew was on time also and did the work well & quickly and cleaned up. When we decided we wanted a little more off in a couple of places, they came back promptly and took care of it. Scott said they wanted to make sure we were satisfied. They're not the cheapest, but I think they know what they're doing, and we've trusted our trees to them twice now.

The consultant was very knowledgeable. She arrived on time and spent a good amount of time with me. I never felt any pressure from her when I was deciding about the service. I liked this companys service so well that I have started a service plan with them for overall lawn care.

Both Dick and the technician (I cant remember his name) were on time and very nice. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and gave me suggestions and advice for things I could do in addition to performing the service I paid for. The technicial gave me a list of all the chemicals he used and also some extra sticky traps. It has been one week since the initial treatment and we havent seen a single bug inside the house; previously we were seeing 3-4 a day.

Dissatisfying. After putting on booties to protect my beige carpet, Jerry used his booted foot to smear the spray around on the door jam and then walked all over my carpet before I could protest. The product in the kitchen was applied without care, creating drippy, sticky spots on the tile which have been tracked into other rooms and continue attracting dirt. His attention to detail was quite lacking and for $168 (small 3/2 house) I was disappointed. However, I dont see the ants any more (3 days later.) Hopefully this lasts.

Its been about a week so far and there seems to be zero evidence of flea activity. They did come a 15 minutes after the hour window they gave us. Also, the individual said that we could go immediately into the house after the work was performed and my wife ended up with a bit of a stomach ache later in the evening, which she thinks may have been attributed to the chemicals.

The repairman was punctual, professional, and my sprinkler system is working again!

They have performed pest control for 12 years on our home and we recently added the termite service. The price is within reason of what other pest control companies charge. They are always on time, professional, and if you get the same person each time they do a thorough job. Sometimes if you get a new person they seem to rush through the service.

They were a dependable company and the equipment and tools they used were nice and clean. They were on time and the trees they trimmed were even. They cleaned up every thing when they were all done. They were great to work with.

This company did excellent work for us. They came out early in the morning, and they worked hard all day until they finished the job. They made sure that when they were done that all of the mess was gone. We thought that the price they charged us was very reasonable.

When we first met with their serviceman, we showed them what we wanted done; and now they just come out every week and get their job done. They did a great job; the lawn looked good and there werent any more weeds. The price was about average and they also did all of our pest control.

The guys that came out were very hard workers and they got my yard looking very good. As far as the fertilizing went there was a big improvement there. I cant remember the price, but I knew that it was reasonable.

We had just started using this company to fertilize our yard, so the results are still out. I thought the price was a little high, but the guy was nice and was courteous. He explained everything before he got started and they also would do pest control.

The yard workers have been prompt and extremely hardworking so far. We usually have the same man, but there are occasions when they have to send someone else. The job remains just as professional either way, and the lawn is finished in less than an hour. Our lawn always looks good these days, and we have no intention of finding another company for this as long as the quality of work continues.

This was an excellent experience; they had customer service and outstanding professionalism. They clearly have a high retention rate based on that fact. I can say no more than that they do an excellent job. I have seen some bugs since but they had worked inside and out to address the problem. They have a scheduled to come bi-annually, but they come whenever I have a problem and they are prompt in delivery of service.

I am always happy with their service. They provide great care for my lawn. My lawn looks great for an affordable price. They come out here every three months or so. They will come out an extra time at no charge if I would have any concerns. I would recommend them to others. They are a trustworthy and professional company.

ABC Pest Control is a very professional company. I have used them for years and will continue to use their service. They are always here when I expect them and their employees are friendly and considerate. If I would have any concerns between visits, they will come out to check, for no additional cost. I have a quarterly contract for $68. I would tell my friends to trust this company.

I was completely satisfied with ABC Pest Control. We had a large problem with ants in our bathroom, and after their first visit, we never needed their services again. I would highly recommend them to my neighbors because they were very knowledgeable in their field, and their products they used got the job done.

I like the overall job they did but most of all they really like how convenient and easy they are to get out. They did a thorough inspection for termites which turned up nothing. The results of their spraying have been excellent and I am happy with the results that I got from them.
