I've used them for 30 years. They come on a quarterly basis.

They inspected and sprayed. They also did the follow-up. I have an annual contract with them. I pay them about $400 a year. I didn?t want to use another company for lawn service. So, they do it for me every once in a while. I?ll definitely continue using them again in the future.

We have a portable spa from Life Spas...don't get me started! They closed their Austin affiliate and warranty work could be provided by mailing the spa to California! They would not even recommend a local repair source. Through Angie's List I contacted several spa repair companies all of whom sent me to Pool and Spa Services for the bromine sanitizer work. At the first contact I was told that it might be three weeks before Robert could get to us, the only one they would send for bromine system. It was much longer but when he finally did respond he was willing to schedule around our ability to be here also and discuss the history and his assessment. Robert made three trips, out to Lago Vista, taking the pump to his shop, etc., contacted Life Spas for information and ultimately got the whole thing up and running perfectly again. He was very informative regarding future operations to avoid similar issues and very pleasant to work with.

They did a great job. I didn't get any other bids. I talked to Scott, the owner, and I liked him. They actually broke a fence dragging trees limbs. He actually called a fence company out to repair it. I will use him again.

My overall experience with them has been good so far. I would use them again in future.

They are quite good - thorough, courteous and highly reliable. They charge me $112 per application. I haven?t really shopped around but their price seems reasonable to me. Their quality is quite good. If you have a problem and call them, they respond quite promptly. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

I used Angie's List to find these guys and they were fine. They did very comprehensive work, but, we stopped using them because they were very expensive. I had mice, so, they came out and by the time they were done, I had no mice in the house. They came out, emptied the traps and did what they said they were going to do. They were doing what they were supposed to do, but, I made a decision to stop their services because they were very expensive.

They are very good and I would continue to use them in future. Two years before we had rat problems and they kept coming back to put traps and fix the holes in the foundation.

Every once in a while they have guys, who aren?t so professional. The company itself is very good. If I have a problem, they are good at responding.

All went well. Stairway repair was most important. ABC handyman (Jerry) came out and diagnosed problem and fixed it. Jerry left a near perfect repair and u could not tell it had been broken. Jerry hung a very heavy mirror in a decortive nitch perfectly. Bathroom hardware (hooks, bars, towel hangers) were placed and hung well. This is the third time I used this company and everytime there was next day service, they were on time and on budget. These guys are great.

very professional. the initial sales visit took a while, but they seemed to have really listened to me and their technician is very knowledgeable. The other thing that I liked is that they've promised to send the same technician each time. With Terminix, I had 4 technicians in 1 1/2 years. With Chemfree I had about 3 technicians in 1 1/2 years so each time I had to explain the problem and they didn't seem to take it vey seriously. I would get explanations like 'they're coming in for the water', 'they're coming in because there's too much water (after the rain)', 'they're attracted to light' and, frankly, i didn't care why they were coming in; I just wanted them gone.

They changed technicians in the last year and a half and they are great now. They had a flaky guy but they got rid of him pretty quickly. If you have any scorpions between regular visits, they drive out all the way out here and do it.
