I?ve had difficulty over the years with various workers but there is one person that does an excellent job so he is the only one that does my pool. I have an older pool that has difficult mechanics, but this employee has the expertise to take care of it. I will use them as long as my current person does the work.

I have no hesitation recommending this company. I would give them a ten out of a ten. They do everything. Two other pest control companies couldn't take care of the squirrel. They are thorough, professional, honest and reliable. They don't do any work if it is not necessary. The rodent control was $1,300 and we pay the pest control monthly. They are competitive with their prices. I thought I had to have a handrail down the back for code and the handyman said it was not required. He said that he would do it if I wanted but I saved $200 by not doing the work.

The fence was fixed properly and I am happy with it. The doorbell was sort of fixed. It now rings but it is not very loud. I also had lawn work done. They were prompt and finished in a few hours. They weeded and mulched a flower bed and areas around trees. Lawn service has come once so far and is coming back next week.

Rebuilt the wooden siding and trim around the chimney on my roof. The old chimney surround was rotting and warped, the handy man removed the old trim and replaced it with hardee board trim, which will not warp or rot. He then color matched the existing siding and painted the whole chimney. It look like new.

They did a great job. I also used them in my house before. I have been using them for three years now and I have not had any problems. I think they are honest, prompt, courteous, and do a very good job. I know that it is keep the flees away once they come but I have not faced any problem so far.

They are very good. I am very pleased with them. They come out every three months and they are very thorough. They have a lot of knowledge about bugs, which is important. They have a bug specialist. I spend $55 on each visit. They are responsive. I can call them if I see bugs and they will come in to do additional work. They are knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. I will continue to use them in the future.

They did an excellent job within the timeframe quoted. Our trees look wonderful now! And, their clean-up was so good, our guests that showed up later that afternoon could not even tell that tree limbs were all over the yard just a few short hours earlier. The guys were all so nice and seem to really be enjoying their work, even despite the 100 degree temperature outside. The managers were all very nice, helpful, and took customer service to another level with their professionalism.

They are new with us but they have been fine so far and the price is fair.

I think it was a one-time charge but I don't remember the exact amount. I thought the price for tree trimming was very reasonable. They really did an amazing job and cleaned up very well. We didn't have even small twigs left behind. They were very responsive and talked to us about the whole plan and what we should be doing. They were punctual. We will use this company again in the future.

They are fine and I have no problems with them. I highly recommend them. We knew the salesman real well and we were sure that we got a good price.

We had our home treated for termites. The price with ABC was competitive, and they offer 0% financing on their termite treatment. All of the servicemen that we dealt with were prompt and very friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner.

I have been using ABC Lawn Services for several years and have been very pleased with them. Occasionally I have them do a full cleanup of my yard. I marked them down on punctuality because it is difficult when they don't come on schedule and don't let me know when they will be there. I keep a lock on the gate to my back yard, and when they do not come on schedule, I often pay full price and only get the front yard mowed. Most of the times are because of inclement weather, but not always. During the winter, they do not notify me when they're switching to once/month service, so that's when most of the "front yard only" mowings occur. I never know when they're coming. This would be a good change for them to make in customer service, but other than that, this company has done a great job.

I liked them. They were pretty honest. They told me I could pay them to cut it down or I could do it myself, and that's what I ended up doing. I had some fungus on the tree and he recommended cutting it down instead of doing the treatment. He said the treatment only had a 50% chance of working so I appreciated his honesty.

They were punctual, did a good job, and did everything that they were supposed to do. We were very pleased with this company and they deserve all "A's".

I have contracted for weekly mowing of my lawn, front and back yard covering approximately 5000 sq. feet. I have used ABC Lawn Services for over a year and am extremely pleased with their service. They are reliable, crews do excellent work, and customer service is fantastic. In Winter months they may mow once or twice per month to maintain a clean, neat lawn appearance. In Summer months they mow weekly. In the Spring service is gradually increased to weekly mows and leaves are picked up either by bag mowers or crews rake and bag leaves on the lawn. The only drawback here is they do not clean out large flower beds, but will blow leaves out of small beds into the yard and pick them up. You pay an extra fee for having leaves, weeds, etc. cleaned out of large landscape beds. You can even have them bid for spreading your Spring or Fall mulch after beds are all cleaned out but the fees are a little high in my opinion. All sidewalks, driveways, patios, pathways are cleaned off by blowers. Crews have multiple workers and are quick to get the work done without compromising quality. They cost a bit more per mow than some other lawn services but they show up every time they are supposed to, offer other lawn services by per job bid, and their crews do a fantastic job every time. If you have a problem with the service, which is rare, customer service through lawn maintenance supervisors is top notch and they will work with you to solve any problems or concerns you may have. I have hired other lawn service companies in the past but ended up firing them for lack of reliability, because they damaged something on my property and didn't tell me about it before I found it, poor or inconsistent quality of services, etc. Bottom line: if you want a lawn service that is reliable and does a great job every time, then this is the company to hire. An added bonus is their online account statements, bill pay, service history, and reward points (earned and used for free future services).

The crew is execellent in punctuality, they are gone by the time I get up on most days, they are scheduled to come out, however the roses, not hedges are never trimmed properly as agreeded with the consultant.

Although the replaced flapper did seem initially to fix the leak, the leak was determined only to be slowed down a few days later. The same plumber came back to install a different flapper on a subsequent visit at no charge and assisted with another issue the same toilet was having of refilling after a flush. He was very knowledgable and informative and provided some guidance for our maintenance if the refilling issue occurred in the future. He also gave us a recommendation for a website to help us find a replacement water filter for our whole house water filtration system.
