We had a little trouble communicating with them because their work load during the spring is quite heavy. Due to bad weather, the job had to be postponed several days, and there was a delay of a couple of weeks in completing all the work. When the crew got here, the work was done well. They were very professional, did a great job installing everything and cleaned up afterward. It was a little frustrating because they just didn't communicate very well when they were going to be here to finish the work. They just appeared and it was done. The good news is they didn't demand any payment up front and billed us for the entire amount. So, we felt we were being treated fairly even though it was a little confusing not knowing if/when they were going to be here. This is the second time we've had landscape work done by ABC, and we will have them come out again. They are excellent.

I have been using their services for a long time. They were very professional and punctual for the job. They have also done the air-conditioner and other works for me. They are a bit expensive, but I trust their technicians, hence use them always. I like their services and will use the same in future.

The work went fine. They are there when they are supposed to be and finish the job on time.

They are some what inflexible in their scheduling and payment packages. They are thorough.

The guy that came out was superb. They are wonderful. They are always expensive, but they do a good job. They did a very nice job on the front door. The workers that come out are absolutely wonderful. They do a great job. I would recommend them. I would use their services in the future too.

The job was outstanding. I liked their customer service, quality of work and timeliness. They just do what they say they are going to do. I was very pleased and I would continue to use that company.

We caught the termites before they had done any damage, but they set me up with a preventative termite program. They did everything they were asked to do and what was expected.

I called for an appointment, an appointment was quickly made that fit my schedule. The plumber was almost late for the appointment, but made the appointment window. An estimate was provided that was on the high side, but accepted. The work was initiated and completed within an hour. Work was done carefully and questions were answered. The plumber was friendly and left a clean work site.

They do an assessment before setting the contract. This involved setting rat and insect traps and checking them twice over a five day period. From there, they take the traps as long as nothing is caught. They sealed my attic to make sure that no varmints could get in there. The idea is that after they seal the attic that nothing gets in there and dies. After that, I didn't have any more problems. From there, they have done a bi-monthly check for new infestations, the first of which was on April 1st. I also have someone to call if I have any problems.

We used ABC for over a year for pest control service and were very pleased. We then hired them for lawn maintenance the following year and could not have been more disappointed. After 2 months of regular visits by ABC, we found disease in our backyard. We paid them extra to treat the disease but not only was the disease not contained, but it actually spread throughout the back yard and on through the front yard as well. We were told to wait a few months for the treatment to take effect, but after 3-4 months of treatment we had to completely re-sod our back yard and half of the front yard. Needless to say, we fired ABC as our lawn care service and pest control service as well.

Overall, the experience always goes well. I've used their services for about 6 or 7 years in two different home. They do the work every 2 months, and it's $80 per visit. I have a contract with them, so they do the work about 5x a year. They're always on time and do what they advertise. They're flexible with scheduling as well. If we ever have a problem, they're very responsive with taking care of that problem. I'm happy with their services.

The service went well. I have a four time a year service with them. They have done a good job and I don't have any problems. I'm happy with them and I have recommended them.

We have used them for many years and I really like them. They are very professional. I trust them to come into my house. They come back if I have any issues and treat the house. I have a contract with them. If one thing doesn't work, they will come back and try something else.

They didn't trap the squirrel, but put netting around an air vent. We never did get the squirrel captured, so I thought the price was too high.

Service was generally good but when I called to cancel my service for a less expensive company, I was transferred and placed on hold by a person who argued with me and would not let the matter go. I tried to answer her questions but she would not except my answers and wanted to pursue the matter further until I finally hungup considering the subject closed.

ABC Home & Commercial Services seemed really professional and the representative who came to my home had an excellent demeanor. The contract I have with them is $65 every other month for spraying and pest termination so the price is a little bit on the high side.

What the salesperson sold us and what was delivered did not match. We believe that in general the house is now sealed, but some of the workmanship is really bad. For example on the quote we pointed out that the repairs had to match the design of the house and be attractive (or at least not excessively unattractive). The service person who actually did the work obviously did not read the instructions on the quote. There are big blobs of ugly black stuff visible from the street. Cheap looking tin is nailed over most of the areas and was not painted. The caulking colors do not match the color of the walls that were repaired. We have contacted the salesperson to show the result. Maybe they can fix some of this. The salesperson has not been responsive to our request for follow-up so far.

I was nervous about anyone touching our trees, being as large and old as they are. I wanted to find a company who hired licensed Arbortists to care for our trees. The team that came out were very sensitive to what we were looking for in trimming our trees. We wanted to trim our trees to help them continue to grow naturally and not butcher them or harm them. The team was very conservative in their trimming and did an excellent job cleaning up. I felt my trees were in safe hands and was happy with their work. trim our neighbors trees.

I use them regularly. I have used them for several years, and I really like them. When they come out, they are very nice. I use them four times a year for preventative insect management. They sent a letter out recently that they are going to go up on their rates, so maybe now they would be a little bit higher and that is one thing I like about them that they keep me informed. They send a card before my next appointment is due to remind me. When I have had to move around appointments they are very quick, cordial and nice. We had scorpion problem before, I started calling them and I have not seen any since then. They come and do a decent job. I have also had a carpenter ant problem on the outside with my siding and that has ceased too. They say they use non-toxic material, it won?t hurt the pets and we have never had any problem. I do put the pets? water bowl up when they come though just to make sure. They spray along the baseboards and the window sills. I would continue to use them in the future.

We found bedbugs on our daughter's purse and immediately went into hyper control mode. We went over her bedroom with a fine tooth comb and sterilized everything. Then we called ABC to come out and inspect to see if we had missed anything. They went over everything with a fine tooth comb as well. They gave us a lot of good pointers. They ended up not finding anything so apparently we did a sufficient job and nothing has turned up since then. We were extremely pleased with them for their pest control services. They didn't charge us anything for the visit. They were very professional.

In the past I had mice in my attic and they got rid of those. They are good. I have been using them for five years. I wouldn't keep using them if I don't like them.

It works. They have been very friendly, personable, patient, will listen to the run on sentence long stories that I have to tell every time, and they just do very well. Sometimes it feels like it has been an investment but I have found that it has been worth it just for the fact that it works, I don't have to think about it, and they send me reminder cards 2 weeks before they come. They are always here on the day and the time that they say they're going to come. I wouldn't know how to compare the price to anything else. We have only had one occasion where we saw something within 10 days of them being here and we called them, and they were out here the next day.

I have been a customer for several years and there has never been a price increase until recently. I received a letter in February indicating that ABC Lawn Services was going to have a small price increase for their services. I had previously paid $45.47 (total with tax) per mow. The price increase would have caused me to pay $48.71 per mow. Prior to the price increase notification, I had been looking to reduce my lawn service costs anyway so when I received the increase notice I called to cancel my lawn service. The lady who first answered the phone asked if I could hold for a moment after I told her I wanted to cancel my service. When she came back on the line, she told me that she talked with the Yard Service Manager who said I could remain at my old fee for mowing if it meant losing my business over the price increase. I had already decided to go with a cheaper lawn service so I politely told the lady I was trying to reduce costs and wanted to go ahead and cancel my lawn service anyway. The lady said "okay, let me transfer you to lawn services". She transferred me directly to the Lawn Service Manager. The Manager asked if I had a problem with the lawn service, I told her no, and said I simply wanted to reduce costs. She thanked me for being a customer and welcomed my business again at any time in the future. The mowing service itself over the last 4-5 years was extremely reliable, they always showed up when they were scheduled to mow. If it rained on my mowing day, they showed up the following day or as soon as it dried out. The quality of service was good although they blew leaves into my landscape beds constantly. This was annoying since I mostly kept very neat, mulched, landscaped beds in my front yard. The lawn would look great but the landscaped flower beds would have grass, debri and leaves blown into them like they were blind to the fact that they were meticulously kept. In all the years I had this service, I only had one complaint. The complaint was that the yard crew showed up to mow my yard in the winter months, the St. Augustine grass was dormant, it had rained and was lightly raining while they mowed, so when they finished it didn't look like any different than before they arrived. I called to complain that mowing dormant St. Augustine grass when it is wet really doesn't accomplish anything. The true results are only seen when you mow dry, dormant grass in the winter as it cleans up the look of the lawn. Since I was paying a hefty cost per mow, even in the winter, I thought this was unacceptable. The Lawn Services Manager at the time argued that his crew would not have mowed if it had been too wet and even argued that his crew said it wasn't raining when they mowed. He refused to believe me until he came out to inspect my lawn himself. While I respect his loyalty to his crews, I felt insulted after speaking with him because I was at home when his crew mowed and I observed that it was raining while they were at my home. When he inspected my lawn the next day, he agreed that it didn't look as good as they would expect it to after mowing in the winter season. The manager agreed to have the mowing crew come back out to do the job over again. Since he actually had the job done again at no cost to me, I was okay with the result of my complaint. I was a bit concerned about having to call with future issues as the Lawn Manager was so completely loyal to his crews that he basically didn't believe me when I told him what happened. I just think he could have handled the complaint better by agreeing to come out and look at my lawn before he basically called me a liar. Their price is a bit too high and is not competitive with other lawn services in my area so I give them a B on price. The irritation of having leaves and grass blown into my pretty landscape beds for years gets them another less than perfect grade of B+. However, their perfect reliability over the years and quality of work being consistently very good gets them an Overall grade of A-.
