They were very prompt on the estimate. The fellow who came out, spent a day out here and did an absolutely superb job in replacing the rotted cedar worth trim on my chimney, and they also did some additional work on my roof fascia. I was extremely pleased with the work. I got follow-up calls to make sure that everything was satisfactory. The work was very fairly priced. I would recommend him to anyone. The work and the quality of the finished product were well worth the price. I knew they were not the cheapest, but they were not overly priced.

I like everything about ABC Home & Commercial Services Company. They are very professional when they come in. Their fees are very reasonable. They are supposed to come out when I have a problem and they spend time answering any questions at my house.

I live in an area with lot of woods around and there are a lot of creatures that live in there, and in particular, and mice and rats get in, and once, a raccoon had got in. The guys that come out are pretty good. It was in the spring of last year when the raccoon got in and I was hearing things, and a guy came out and told me that there was nothing up there. I waited a little while but I was still hearing it and then I told them to come out and take care of it. They did come out and took care of it in a very expert way and did whatever they needed to do. It was a little disturbing that they were hard to deal with, but it was just that one incident and every other encounter I have had with them has been quite good. They will charge you more if you had a contract and don't maintain it, and that is a little bit strange. I would have told them to go away but I really had a rodent problem at that point and all I wanted to do is to get rid of it. That was probably 3-4 years ago and that might not be their policy any more. They are very responsive.

Robert replaced the pump for about 1/2 of what I'd previously paid another company for the same service. He really went beyond the call of duty in explaining a couple of other issues that I was having with the spa, including educating himself on my particular (uncommon) model and letting me know what was going on....that was much appreciated!

I have worked with them before. The last time I used them was to get rid of rats. They did it for my business. They have not done it for my house. The amount I spent was pretty high. It was $375. They are on time. They come back and cleanup the rats. It is no hassle. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

they did a good job, but was overpriced compared to who we ended up using. the salesperson was a little bit pushy and it wasn't the most pleasant experience when hiring them.

From start to finish, these guys exceeded our expectations. Jason gave us a quote and worked with us to fit what we needed to have done into our budget. He also worked with our very limited time constraints, which was incredible. He was here in the morning on each of the days of service to provide guidance, so I didn't have to. The men arrived on time each day, and went to work immediately. They never stopped working except for lunch, and all of the workmen stayed throughout each of the workdays (ever had one or more of the workers sneak off thinking you wouldn't notice?). The men did an outstanding job, completing the entire scope of a rather large project within the time allotted. I found a few more things during the project that I really hadn't noticed before and were outside the scope and they did those too! They are very intent on customer satisfaction and extremely accommodating. I never felt that they were rushed to get out of here, but instead that they wanted to do a fantastic job. And they most certainly did! These guys were a bit pricey but gave us much more than a fair return in the work they did. We will definitely use these guys again in the future and would without hesitation recommend them to a friend.

I have been very satisfied with their work. They use more natural type of chemicals for pest control. They have always done a good job and I have never had any problems with them. I would recommend them.

I have used ABC for ten years and have no plans to change.

Kudos to ABC Home and Commercial Services! I turned our central heater on for the first time this week Thursday and it was making a loud noise - much like we had problems with the A/C in the last several months. Within a few hours of placing the call George was here to look at our unit. In talking with the repairman, in light of the continuing problems we had with the unit, we determined it would be best to get a quote on a new unit. Again within a few hours a salesman, Wayne Harrell, showed up and went over options with my husband and me. Wayne was very knowledgeable and offered options. We chose to go with a top of the line, quiet unit. A service agreement was signed and our new unit was installed today - two days later on Saturday! Billie called to let me know he and Julio were on their way Saturday morning. They arrived at 9AM and worked all day, leaving at 7 PM. Their shoes were covered, the floors were protected .... from start to finish these men were top notch professionals. When they left, everything was back in place and clean. Although it had been a long day for them, there was no rush to get out the door. They took the time to fully explain all the paperwork. The unit they installed is so quiet! We are very pleased with the product and the service provided by everyone from the first call to the finish of the job. My husband and I would highly recommend ABC Home and Commercial Services and were extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone who worked on our job.

ABCs quote for a yearly pest service agreement was in-line with the other quotes I received. I was very happy with the initial service and particularly liked that going forward, the interior of the home is only treated on an as-needed basis which keeps the pesticide out of the house to a great extent. They will treat the exterior of the home every other month. The technician was friendly, professional, on-time and thorough.

I have been using them for the past 12 years. They are pretty good and they are very punctual.

The technicians from ABC Home & Commercial Services come in and check the roof line to see if there is any kind of critter, squirrel or rat in the attic. They look for holes and dents and cover that up so that nothing gets in. They set traps and they come back every two days and check the traps. If anything gets trapped, they dispose it off and come back until everything is sealed uptight. I would recommend them. They did a pretty good job. Their fee covers us for a whole year so if anything were to get back in; they come back out and fix it without any extra charge. They come out as many times at it takes to fix a problem. That gives me peace of mind. I would use them in the future.

While we were re-modeling our spare bathroom, my husband removed the tub and cracked the PVC drain. We called ABC and they came the same day we called them. He replaced the entire drain and helped my husband re-install the tub. He left no mess and was very courteous, respectful and efficient. We would use them again.

Their guys are always friendly and professional. The product works. I have been happy with their service and I would recommend them.

I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. They did everything on time whenever they were supposed to do. They were very clean. They cleaned up behind themselves. I had a complaining neighbor and they took care of her. They were overall excellent. Their price was very good and their quality of service was excellent. They were responsive. They came the day they were supposed to start. They were punctual and really on time. They were very professional. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

The exclusion went very well. Their conscientious investigation into the nooks and crannies of my house revealed a plumbing construction flaw that had gone undiscovered for several years. The only issue is that, try as they might, they still haven't caught all of the stupid mice.

They came on time, the guy was friendly, and he did everything that I was told on the phone he would do. He was efficient. Over the phone they were very professional, they return phone calls, they are friendly on the phone and even with one experience I have had with them they showed up on time. As for effectiveness so far so good but I think it needs more time. I used somebody else’s report and feedback they were competitive price wise.

There was no charge when they came out and I don’t remember what the annual contract amount is. They come back periodically and they don’t charge anything extra for doing any additional treatments. They’ve been a good company to deal with. They’ve seemed to have done a pretty good job of controlling the bugs and that sort of things. I will probably continue my contract with them when it comes up again. I will use their services again in the future.

They seem to be very professional. They always show up when they say they would. The people that are doing the job are experienced. They know what they're doing. We just did not use them because of their price.
