The workers were prompt and courteous and did good jobs.

Tyler and his crew, lead by an amazing climber/cutter called 'Chicken', were punctual, professional, and thorough, leaving roof clean and a huge stack of firewood. I think people would have paid admission just to watch these guys in action! They even got done quicker than estimated and reduced the bill accordingly.

They have done an excellent job. They come on time and we haven't noticed any critters. I would recommend them.

I have had no complaints about insects from my tenant since I started using ABC for the pest control.

I have used ABC to apply Dillo Dirt to some areas of my lawn that were struggling with iron deficiency and shallow soil 3 or 4 times in previous growing seasons. I was happy with the service and asked them to bid on another application to a difficult area this year. The bid was good (about $250), so I called them the next day to schedule it. The scheduler put me off because she said they have one truck for this work and it was out of service. She would call me back when it was working. A week later I called back since I had heard nothing, and she scheduled it for a few days later. On the afternoon of the day they were scheduled to come, she called and said the truck had broken down again. So we eventually rescheduled for a 3rd try. I called on the morning of the day it was scheduled and was told the crew would show up between noon and 5. We got a call at 5 saying they were running late due to traffic but would be there in 30 minutes. An hour later (a few minutes before 6 pm) I called back to tell them to cancel because it was now too dark to do a good job of application. I had to leave a voice mail. At 6 pm the truck arrived, obviously in a big hurry because they drove right past the house at first and had to back up our narrow street to get back to our house. I went out before they could start anything and told them it was too dark to put the dirt on the yard and I had already called to cancel. One member of the two man crew told me he had asked the other, the driver, to cancel before coming because he knew they would get here too late. Five minutes after I went back in the house someone from ABC called and offered a $50 discount if I would have the crew go ahead with the work. I said no, it was too dark. The next day someone called back in response to the voice mail to confirm cancellation of the job. I told that person I was done with ABC for this kind of work and would find someone else. I got the work done by Lawn Ranger out of Kyle about 10 days later.

I hired ABC Home and commercial Services to service my heating and air conditioning, and I also use them for pest control. He is very dependable he is here when he says he will be here, he is thorough and explains what needs to be done. He cleans up when he is finished and his rates are reasonable. I would hire him again and I recommend him.

They did great and were professional, punctual and seemed to know what they were talking about. I will use them again in the future.

Don't get me wrong. These guys were very professional and did the job as best they could. They found and covered all the holes they could find where rodents could enter my attic. Then they set about 6 traps and came back by every 2-3 days to emtpy/replace them. They returned about 4-5 times to check traps and empty them. If I had a man around, like a "Honey-Do", he could have easily handled this job and been cheaper. Uh... well, maybe a bit cheaper. After I expended all the visits allowed for $400., I could still hear scratching and biting in the attic an behind the kitchen sink. Rats are smart and the last two were the smartest since they avoided the snap traps. I could hear one biting on the PVC behind my sink and sure enough, he/she got through and water started pouring into my bedroom and closet. That was an additional $190. to fix with Sydney Cox Plumbing. So I got a 'Rat Zapper' from Amazon, placed it just inside the attic trap door and left the door open to see the red glow when a rat has been electrocuted. Dumped two rats out and the attic is strangely silent for the first time in months.

We only used them once and then canceled the service. They did a good job but they were kind of pricey. What they did seemed to be fine and took care of the problem. They were there when they said they would be and they were on time. The guy explained everything and was very thorough. We probably wouldn't use them again mainly because of the cost but the service was good.

They came a couple of weeks ago. Their service was excellent, and they were professional and prompt. We will definitely use them again.

They come and spray for bugs and stuff. The first visit is a little more however, it's more than worth it. They put screen in all the weep holes and good an excellent job. Since I have had them doing my pest control, I have not had any problems. Before them the company I had they were always not showing up or cancelling appts and I was always having ant problems. But since ABC has taken over no problems.While they may not be the least expense option they are far from the most expensive and you more than get your money's worth.

The Technician came out for flea and other pest control services. He sprayed the whole inside and outside of the house but didn't fill in the holes around the foundation like he said he would. But most recently a different technician came out and sprayed again and filled the holes and sprayed outside again and asked if there were any additonal pest problems I had going on in the house. If you see any unwanted pests after they spray they will come out again as many times as you need at no additional cost. Overall a great company but a little expensive.

They come out and don't interrupt my daily life. I would recommend them.

Tech was on time and very professional. He has been here before and remembered (and asked about) past problems and issues. I have dealt with ABC for many years and always find them to be on time and professional. Once when I had an opossum in the garage, they sent over a tech in our area in about 40 minutes, and he removed the opossum very quickly.

They didn’t do a very good job. It was okay signing a contract but they didn’t do a good job and they didn’t always show up when they were supposed to. A lot of times we had to go back and re-do it. They came in the winter, once a month, even if you didn’t need your lawn done, even if you didn’t have grass. You have to sign a year contract with them. They were consistent at showing up but sometimes they didn’t show up the days they were supposed to show up. Sometimes there were missed spots. They were only average and I expected more for what I was paying. It was annoying when we had to do it ourselves when they didn’t do a good job.

ABC was easy to work with in scheduling an appointment, and the service agent showed up on time (after calling me to say he was running late.) He was polite, cordial and responsive -- no complaints there. He came out two different days. On the first visit, he knocked out about 8 items on a list of minor electrical repairs. The bill was $868 for about 8 hours of work. Two unfinished items (diagnosing wiring problems for an outdoor light and some bedroom sconces) required a 2nd visit. On the 2nd visit, he was able to fix one of the problems, but couldn't get the bedroom lights to work. The bill for the second visit was $924.25. I originally left ABC an unfavorable report because I was dissatisfied with the bill for the second day of work and because one of my problems was not fixed. Afterwards, one of the senior people at ABC called me to see about fixing this situation, and then sent out their lead electrician (Mike) to fix the problem with the bedroom sconces. He spent several hours working on the problem -- and got everything working perfectly -- and they didn't charge me anything. I was very impressed with their professionalism and commitment to customer service. Therefore, I have revised my opinion of ABC and this report. I will definitely consider hiring ABC again.

They’ve been great to work with. They’re always quick to respond and provide multiple services; they’ve gone from a limited pest control company to doing almost anything around the home, in addition to pest control. We’ve used them to get rid of raccoons in our back yard. They keep up with the need of the community.

Before each service is performed an appointment is made and an estimate is given by a company representative. Once that is accomplished another appointment was made for a technician to perform the service. We had excellent experiences with each of the technicians who performed the installation of the ceiling fan and bathroom exhaust fan, and pest control. We had an invisible varmint in the attic and were concerned that it be removed as humanely as possible. Traps and one way exit doors were installed as well as materials were used to block all possible areas of entance into the attic. After 3 days of the tech checking traps and exit door we are rid of the critter(s). We are also happy to be rid of silver fish and spiders in the house and fire ants and fles in the yard. We were impressed with all of the personnel who came to our home. They were friendly, neat in appearance and work, and professional in demeanor and skill. The cost of work was not cheap but was worth it for the service we received and the manner in which it was done. We will continue to utilize this company's service.

We are totally satisfied wit all the work that has so far been done at our house by ABC.

They were superb, from beginning to end. I signed a one year deal with; so they do routine maintenance out doors now. The initial appointment was for in and outside.

They were very good. They finished in three days. I was pleased with it. I wasn't too happy with the cost, but it was in line with others I had looked at. The house looks a lot better since they finished. I decided to go with them because I knew their company. I use their pest control services on a regular basis. I knew that they were reliable. I decided since their estimates were about the same as the others, I would go with them. The gentleman who was the main painter was very good. He called me one day at work to come and check when he had finished. He was finishing up so I had to open the doors for him to finish up the doors. He did a very good job. He finished quickly and I got back to work. They have been doing the pest control probably close to ten years. It's long term. I keep hiring them back to do the service because I haven't had the problems that I had before they started. There are no ants and no bugs. When I do see bugs, I call them and they come out. I think I will keep using their services in the future.

We highly recommend them to everybody. They do everything which is why we had them come back for the pest control. They are very professional. Over the past three years, we have probably spent $8,000 with them. They did a lot of work. We had two other contractors that totally did a jack job and they had to completely rip all of that out. We had them here for over a week with nobody home and nothing went wrong.

Everything was good and their price was competitive.
