They have been out for several different services. Their technicians are always very helpful and courteous. They are fairly timely. Their management was very good in communicating with me on the issues we had.

Great from the first visit through the last year of service.

In addition to spraying, they have installed termite check stations around the house. Overall, they are very professional, knowledgeable and punctual.

We had an issue with rats in the attic and were not successful in removing them We called ABC based on their Angie ratings. Our original intent was to have them get rid of the rats for us. When we called, they said they would come out that week if we wanted, but that we still might be able to remedy the problem our self and save some money. They told us what to use and said to call them again if that didn't work. We followed their suggestion and were able to resolve the issue. The fact that they offered free advice as an alternative to a service visit impressed us that they were as much interested in customer satisfaction as profit. We will use them in the future for other service needs.

We have used their services for fifteen years. They are prompt, friendly and we do not have bugs.

The initial service was good (provided by Juan). He was onsite to remediate a squirrel issue and perform pest control. I was very happy with his service. This report is on my first maintenance service. The technician did not show during scheduled window 4-6 pm. I did recieve a call after the window time to tell me the tech was running late. Once at my home he hurried through the service. It seemed he applied way too much insecticide (On the initial visit, Juan was very thorough and sprayed around all windows and doors and there was no white staining on my deck.) The during this visit, the tech did not spray around all windows and door and was only on location for about ten minutes. After the second visit, I still have white stains on my deck. In addition, the tech non the first maintenance service did nothing to inspect for rodents (part of the service) and did not inspect insect traps left inside to see if there was a need to spray inside my home. I will write an additional review after my next maintenance.

ABC has been one of the worst companies to schedule and arrange services. I ordered 2 disease treatments and an aeration. The salesman that came out to evaluate took my order and my payment. He said ABC would contact me to schedule the services. 1st disease treatment- Sent me an email 2 days before telling me the day they would show up. Not usually a problem, but I was out of town at the time. They said they could do it when I wasn't home. Not a problem, however they left no evidence that they actually showed up. No receipt or proof of service left on my door. Next thing I know the aeration person calls me and says he's 30min away from my house. No prior warning or communication given that it was going to be on that particular day. I had to tell him to reschedule. In the process of this I get a bill over email for the disease treatment. No credit for already paying, just the bill. I tried calling them, but no answer. It sounds like someone picks up (or maybe a faulty answering machine), but no response on the other end. Never going to use them again, may cancel the current contract if I can't contact them soon. Update (5/15/12) : A general manager did contact me to help explain some of the issue above. The only good thing that came from this was that the disease treatment technician did provide proof that he came to my house on the 2nd treatment. However, ABC lawn missed my next aeration appointment without even a courtesy call that they would not make it. I had to call the company the next day to find out that they did not show up at my house because it was raining. The area received about 10min of very light rain that day (no accumulation) , certainly not enough to stop a lawn service. Poor excuse and terrible customer service for at least not informing me that they would not show up and I would need to reschedule. They have one more chance to fulfill the next scheduled appointment or I'm asking for a refund.

I have engaged ABC Pest Control for almost two years. Each time the Texas bugs...ants, scorpions, or yellow jackets have intruded into my personal space, I have received excellent assistance. I'm on an every other month maintenance schedule, but any time I have a problem between service calls, ABC Pest Control comes out and resolves the issue for free. The service agents are always professional, responsive and arrive during the time that has been set up. The price does go up for each pest that you contract, but this is a very reliable service and the prices are very reasonable given their willingness to return for free to take care of any contracted pest between regular visits.

We had some trouble with ABC starting in the fall and continuing into the late spring. After we terminated our contract with them the overall manager got in touch with me and asked if he could make things right. So far so good after one treatment and their commitments have been met. I would give them an A after the latest interaction but I will hold out until they show me they can keep up the good work.

They are one of the few people who think buying an aerator, which punches holes in the yard, helps air and water stay gets better. My lawn gets so compact. They have been doing real good job of that. They come every three months. Each quarter they have a different treatment. They winterize the lawn, they get it ready for the summer. They aerate one time a year. They spray with the fertilizer and compost. They do a real good job of that and when it rains, it dries and afterwards they come in the right time. They aerate one time and fertilize another time. Their price is good. I did a contract with them for one year. If I am going to cancel, I have to do it before the next season starts. Aeration is the best part of their service because my ground is so compact.

The price was very reasonable. The first job didn't work so they came back the very next day and fixed it at no charge. I would absolutely use them again.

They are a big company here. This was the first time using them. The technician was really nice. He was really nice and they did all the little extra things like putting the copper in the holes and sealing places you wouldn't normally think about. I thought they were a little expensive and they try to lock you into a yearly contract, but they had what we needed so we used them.

I use them in two locations, both in Austin and College Station. In College Station, they don't normally use the Chem-free products, but the manager got the products specifically to be used in our home, which I really appreciated. We live sort of out in the country, and we have less bugs than my neighbors do! I've never had any problems with them.

I don't see any bugs. I'm never really here when they come. When I do have a problem, they're in and out. I don't have any reactions to the chemicals. I never smell it. The main thing is there are no bugs. When I do need them, they have to be all day long, and that I hate. They give you a two hour window, and sometimes they're here before that.

Everything is going very well. They are very conscientious and prompt. Their price a little bit high but do they do a good job.

I liked that they showed up whenever they said they would, but they're kind of a high end service and not very customizable.

They showed up on time, spent time with us determining our needs, gave a quick and fair quote, performed work to a high level. Great follow up too.

They are very consistent. They show up and do the job. They are trustworthy and have worked for me for years. They are well organized and do a great job. The people that show up are very respectful.

They're thorough, have gotten rid of the bugs we did have, don't have them anymore, and I would recommend them.

They just changed hands and we have a new guy. The new guy seems good.

We've used them for over 10 years. We never have to worry about a thing with them. They always take care of everything.

They took care of a scorpian problem in my home. They are effective in their methods and stand behind their work.

They are capable of doing more than just pest control. They can also do indoor painting and electrical. They came to deal with ants. After they left the ants came back. I called them and they came back quickly and took care of them so that they didn’t come back this time. I would recommend their painting as #1 and their pest control as #2.

I have been with them for several years and feel great about the services they provide. I have not considered changing and I am perfectly satisfied.

It was a fantastic experience. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even helped us avoid extra charges by advising us when to take care of the problem.
