Aeration composting program is excellent, but very expensive. When the landscaping put down sod for me there was at least 2 inches between pieces and a considerable amount of sod was dormant. Some sod was green some dead looking. Their work is inconsistent. When I called to complain about about it, managers came out and told me what I can do but not what they would do to fix it at that time fix. The mowings have not been as I requested unless manager in attendance. The last mowing was a halfway job but this time they did considerable damage to my raised garden. Also, in two months the crews have broken three flower pots. .I no longer trust ABC to provide the quality I am looking for. Last contact with ABC the Quality Manager was verbally rude and accused me of doing all damages. The comments shown from ABC are incorrect, the Quality Manager did not offer to fix my garden or anything else, he was rude and his accusation that I caused all damages offended me to the point that I told him goodbye and hung up.

Outstanding service. Part was obtained and installed in a timely manner. Very courteous. Excellent service. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

I like the professionalism of the guy who comes out and do the service. They are efficient. They do good work, they are reliable, and they are safe.

We've been using ABC for our lawn and pest control service provider for many years and have always been very satisfied with their services. Their lawn service is reliable and consistent, they clean up after themselves, including cleaning stray trimmings from our pool if any blew in during service. Their pest control service has been excellent over the years as well. We had a serious scorpion and centipede problem when we first moved in. They were able to address these within the first 3-4 months and several years later we still have no issues. A shout out to Raymona, the best pest-wrangler in the south!

Stunningly bad service, a basic step. How do I know, the delivery guys with the new dryer did it. If guys that drop, set up and leave check that, how does someone hired to investigate an issue not take that same basic step. You're the experts, not us. Never again! RE: Company's response: Sadly you are wrong on every count and even your manager that I spoke to, the only contact with your company regarding this issue, agreed with my points and some validated via the maintenance visit. It's very sad when a third party joins a conversation in an attempt the smear a customer's honest review instead of accepting a missed procedural step an opportunity to learn from it. Thank you for your unprofessional and completely inaccurate response; it shows the true nature of your company. Readers will take note and know in advance that should they have a valid complaint, that they will be the ones targeted. The lesson learned from this response is to record every maintenance person from the minute they arrive to their departure as hard evidence. SMH

The inspector, Don, did a very thorough job of checking the house for any signs of termites and found none. Don has done the inspection a couple times in the past and did an excellent job so I called ABC after his visit and requested that they send out Don on a continuing basis for the annual inspection. The very pleasant lady on the phone said she would make a note in the file for our address so that Don would be dispatched to our house for all future inspections.

Some of our lawn was looking lousy after years of drought. We wanted to go with something that requires little water. Rachael came out and looked things over and made suggestions. She sent me an email with a picture of how things could look if we hired ABC Home & Commercial Services. Just what we were looking for so signed up for the full treatment. They were able to set up a date in two weeks. Two-man crew arrived on time and completed all work before it got dark. Rachael was there to lay out plants and explain what I wanted to workers. I didn't like a couple of the plants so she took them back and got some others that looked better. The workers did a great job. They were very fussy about how everything looked before they left. Did such a good job I gave them a tip - something I have never done before with contractors.

Recheck of residence in good condition. !st year technician identified issues which were augmented by sealing cracks, and replacement of automatic garage with professional flexible seal. On issues for three years.

Sadly, this is all they do, mow and blow. When you call and ask about the leaves (which should be bagged), that is a special call out. Trimming of bushes, that is a special call out. Everything is a special call out, even though when originally hired as part of the write up it was made clear, bagging, cleaning out beds, weeding and leaf removal in spring and winter, yet that doesn't happen and when you call, they're 'going to send the supervisor out,' but that doesn't happen because I waited, but you get a callback saying that the job was done to spec. I am beyond tired and will be replacing the minute a service is located that follows the agreement and understands that blowing dried up leaves under bushes is not cleaning, especially when the first wind blows and out come all of the leaves again. They can mow and blow away someplace else, but their claim to 'mulch' it is just not true.

Joe was excellent to work with. Provided great suggestions, cost was very reasonable. He arrived on time and his crew was on time for their work. The three men that came out to do the work were great. Worked very hard all morning. The suggestions Joe made were implemented. They trimmed shrubs, removed and replaced one shrub, redesigned the flower beds and area around my two huge oak trees. They used the cement edging I had and the native rocks in my yard to edge the mulch. I could not have asked for anything better. My yard is beautiful. Thank you Joe and your team. I love my yard!

ABC came out and sealed 17 entry points to our house. Set traps and came back in two days. Caught roof rats and mice in the attic. Reset traps and check them again. Caught one more roof rat. We heard something the next week and without hesitation they were back out there re-checked the entry points, set traps and took care of the problem. They were great to work with.

They provide this on a regular basis, or when I call with an out-of-the-ordinary issue. They've always been very responsive, work with me on scheduling, and the service people who come out are punctual and professional, always. I would definitely recommend them - and have.

Very professional service. a bit higher than most but you can have total confidence in their work. I recommend highly.

We had a very good experience with them. It was around $500, that was a little high, I thought. I think I would look around first, before I would use them. They have other services that we're considering using, like their lawn services and things like that. So we would try them for that I think, but as far as plumbing goes I don't think I would use them again.

While trying to remove the outer faucet to replace it, the pipe twisted and broke. I called ABC as they were one of the higher-rated I noted who had Saturday office hours, answered their phone (promptly) and offered emergency services. John arrived, quickly diagnosed the fix and replaced the copper piping to the faucet (had to cut through the inner sheetrock to access it) as well as the outside faucet. My overall cost rating was lowered to "good" only because I am unsure what an emergency call would normally cost to fix the piping/faucet. Overall, the $150 was a very reasonable price for the services and price would be "Excellent" also (assuming that emergency call pricing is reasonable). I would use them again.

Ron was on time, ready to give us an estimate, and surprised us by completing all the work today! His work ethic and professional manner are top quality.

ABC bought Stroope Pest Control at the end of 2012. I had used Stroope for years, was satisfied with their service and, so far, have seen no difference in the service provided by ABC. I'm satisfied with their service and would recommend them.

I had an emergency and they came right over and they did a good job but it was very expensive. I’m 70 years old and I can’t do a lot of things myself anymore. He did a really good job but it cost me a lot of money. When I had the sidings done, the nails penetrated into the pipes and it started leaking into my house so I had to call him really quickly and that part was very good, he came over because it was a real emergency. Other people told me that I shouldn’t have called him because he is primarily a pest control guy and I should have called a real plumber but I didn’t.

They were great and I am happy with them. I saw their service on Angie’s List and my friends also used their services. So, I decided to avail their services.

The work has always been done well and quickly. The prices are competitive and we receive great value for our money.

This last time, technician explained our lawn's strengths and weaknesses and explained the services he would provide. Promised if we ever have a problem, he will take care of it personally. After working with ABC for years, I believe him.

We have a monthly service with ABC for pest and insect control. They come out and look over our house applying spray where it is needed. If we have experienced any sign of insects in the house, they do an inside inspection and treat as needed. They are doing a very good job of keeping the wasps away from the house where they are typically building nests under the eves of the porches. The occurrences of inserts and spiders inside the house has reduced to practically none.

Like always, no problems and good clean work
