We have used ABC Air Conditioning for many years. They treat you how you want to be treated. They are very responsive, competent in their analysis of the problem and present multiple potential solutions to the immediate problem and explain the positives and negatives of each Course of Action. They provide fast service, very competitive pricing and quality equipment with no pressure tactics. As my wife described working with them, “They care about their customer as a person.” I think very highly of this company and the people working with the company. That is why I keep coming back.

Omar has been an amazing tech he helped me with a simple fix at my rental property and i can’t stress this enough how thankful i am thank you Omar and team !!

My AC went down and needed a repair/review of the problem. When I contacted the ABC Austin Service and they sent Omar to help with my AC issue. Omar was great to work with. He was very prompt on the time commitment and provided an accurate details along with the options to choose for the repair. Once we agreed on the plan, Omar was diligent in making sure my AC was replaced with in 24 hours. I highly recommend Omar and ABC Austin for anyone looking for help.

If you’re a new customer they will get to you quickly. Not worth it! I had 2 ac/heat units replaced in December 2021. One of them has made noise and the air has an odor. Omar had his tech come out on multiple occasions. Never found anything wrong. Over a year later I reached out to American Standard and they are awesome. I suggest their equipment just not ABC. Omar replaced my system without inspecting the ducts. Even after all my complaints. Finally one of his guys came out and found the damage that was from over 5 years ago. My family has been breathing unhealthy air for a year. Omar has not shown an ounce of care to fix the problem. Which is partially under warranty. I will gladly pay extra to hire a new company to fix the problem. I don’t want to deal with a company I can not trust. I paid over 18,000. I am having to use a space heater in the back of my house to keep it warm. Again I do suggest American Standard. They have been awesome and caring about my situation.

They do really excellent work. We have had great experiecnes with them. They always show up on time which is very important for us. The pricing is also great.

We have used them twice and have been pleased. The arborists give us really good advice about what to do and what not to do with our trees. They also do plumbing so when I have need of both services I can hire these people and not have to hire two vendors. We had to have them come back once before and they were supposed to contact me and come back on their own, but I had to call them before they came back to do that one last piece of work. I will use them again in the future.

They have been great. I absolutely will hire them again in the future.

They took out the old one out and installed a new tankless water heater. I wasn’t too involved with that job. They took a day to do it and did a really good job. The benefit of using them is that they do plumbing as well as electrical service, and we need both of them. With them it’s a one-stop-shop.

Quick response both times. I left an initial message and he returned my calls within the hour. Came out either same day or day after according to what our schedule could accommodate. Polite, professional, honest, clean. Got us up and running same day. I thought I had put this information up months ago, but I guess I didn't. I would definitely use him again.
