ABA Appliance Repair gets the lowest possible rating from me. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company. Our 2-year old microwave quit working. Decided to see if it was repairable. I thought it might be worth it as it was not that old. They sent a repairman out. He said the microwave needed parts and the repair and he quoted a price . He returned 9 days later to do the repair. Two days later it quit working. He came back 5 days later and said the microwave needed additional parts at an additional cost. We said no and that it wasn't worth it. We asked for a refund for the amount over what their minimum service fee was and he said no problem and he gave us a figure to expect in a refund. It then took several weeks of phone calls asking why our refund was not given. My wife was told the accountant that needs to process the refund was "out next week", or she "was not in the office", "now gone", etc. Finally we were told that they processed the refund but when it was posted back to us it was 25% smaller than we we expected. I called ABA and they did not want to resolve the issue. I wish that I had looked at more reviews before doing business with them. You can see many reviews of them online at several different sites. I recommend using Yelp to find a reputable company---not ABA. I don't know why there are so few reviews on Angie's List. In the end we ended up with a very large bill, a lot of aggravation and wasted time, and nothing to show for it.

Terrible, in the process of fixing one part on the Dishwasher the broke another part and then attempted to overcharge for parts they broke. Not responsive. Sent a technician out without a mask, who wore a bandana and took it off while coughing. We paid $500 for the initial repair and they attempted to charge us $200 for parts for the warranty (parts they broke). The dishwasher is worth less than that and a replacement with a brand new dishwasher will cost us close to $700. Do not use this company.

Came on time, as agreed and replaced the front element on our electric range. Seemed knowledgable and efficient. I would have given them an A rating rather than B, but the first element was defective and had to be replaced within a week. That was disappointing, but they handled the replacement professionally and the second element was successfully installed.
