When my tenants moved out of the duplex I bought, they left it in pretty poor shape. Unfortunately, the previous owner didn't have any initial condition forms. So, I was left with fixing up the house, but I didn't have any security deposit to pay for it. We had 4 different Handymen come over to estimate the cost of the work. Sal and one other company were comparable in the estimate, but we went with Sal. It was great, because he actually came in $300 below his estimate! He did the work quickly, and the place looks so much better now! On top of that, he is an extremely pleasant person and he really cares about doing great work.

Sal is meticulous in his work and does a great job on anything he is asked to do. We have used him many times now for almost all our home remodel or other handyman needs and will continue to do so!

I always call him when I have a list together! I don't think there's anything Sal cannot do - He does it all! He's also just very sweet man.

Sal did a magnificent job on all work. He covered the carpet, doors, air conditioning inflow(after ensuring the a/c was turned off in order not to harm the air conditioner), walls and floors with plastic to prevent dust from the ceiling removal from covering anything. He worked without air conditioning in the heat of June! We were going out of town during his work but had a house-sitter scheduled. Due to the dust and no a/c, however, the sitter was not practical and could not stay. Sal is completely trustworthy and has done other great jobs for us, so he worked all week in our house without anyone around. The new textured and painting ceilings look WONDERFUL, as do the newly painted hall, closet and bathroom. He is meticulous in his work and very thorough and professional. He takes care with everything he is doing as if it were his own house. We have another job for him - our guest bedroom to paint and repair some sheetrock, as well as make a new shelf in a bookshelf, and I look forward to scheduling him for that work in the next couple of weeks!I will definitely have him as my handyman contractor for any and all work in the future!

Sal was responsive and punctual in all stages, from the initial call to estimate and completion. Four of the cracks were significant and required removing sheetrock, replacing, taping, floating and painting. The work is so good that you can't even tell the damage was there. He even hand mixed ceiling paint to get a perfect match. The breadth of his experience is immediately noticable - he knows how things are done and can explain the consequences of using shortcuts. Anything he sees that he can help with , he offers a suggestion - a true gentleman. This work took 4 days - he was professional and personable the whole time, cleaning up each day. I would recommend him highly and will use him again for anything else I need done.

I called 512-587-3595 three times and during the first two calls I left my number after hearing that Sal would get back to me in one business day. On the last and third call I did not get a recorded message. So I assume that Sal is no longer working as a Handyman.

Sal was very prompt in his initial response to our phone call. We were on a tight time schedule to have painting and repairs done before moving in and he was able to accommodate us. We were considering having a specific closet redesign company come in as the closets were in pretty bad shape upon moving in. Because Sal did such an amazing job, this was not necessary. He gave us a brand new closet at a very fair price. He was very friendly, thorough in his evaluations, meticulous in his approach and we were very happy with his work. He left everything immaculate and completed all work within the time frame discussed.

Very pleased with overall service - responded to enquiry phone call very quickly, arrived when he said he would and did a great job. He was also very friendly. I would definitely call him back for any future work

My only complaint about Sal is that it took a little over four weeks for him to get to my job, when he had given me an estimate of two to two and a half weeks. Otherwise the experience was delightful. He is a very nice man, and does flawless work. I would recommend him highly.

Sal showed up the same day I called to give an estimate. He wasn't planning on working that day, but went ahead and did us a favor and started the job right then since we didn't have a functioning drain. Turns out the original plumber put in some unconventional (wrong) connections, and the job took much longer than expected (at no fault of Sal). He still stayed to finish the job on his day off - even making a trip to the hardware store. He's a really friendly and knowledgeable guy, and very meticulous about his work. I would highly recommend.

We were extremely satisfied with Sal's work. He is hard working, professional and very punctual. We were so satisfied that we are engaging him to do additional work.

Sal very successfully trapped a Raccoon that had moved into our garage. We tried to get rid of the creature for a day or two but would not. Within a day Sal trapped and disposed off the unwanted critter.

Absolutely perfect. Sal is a wonderful wonderful handyman/drywall expert. Extremely professional and extremely friendly. Perfect work. He takes his work very seriously and he cuts no corners. He does things the way they are supposed to be done and it is clear that he takes great pride in his work and the end-result. He is probably my favorite contractor that I have ever hired. In fact, I'm looking for projects around the house just so we can re-hire him. I've already recommended him to some friends who need handyman work.

Arrived on time, has a great personality, does great work, negotiates fairly, and found innovative ways to fix things around the house. I would have no reason to not use Sal Love again - his work is GREAT.

It took him a while until he could come out, but when he did come out he did excellent work.

I had a busted water pipe last winter, so had an area of sheet rock that had been cut out in order to repair the water pipe. Sal patched it up, taped and floated the area in the 2 hours of time that i had purchased from him. He did a nice job, cleaned up the mess and is professional. He's honest and hard working. I will likely hire him for more work as he's one of the most reliable, professional and honest workers I've met.

We got a hole in the wall when someone opened the door with too much force and it caused the door knob to smash into the drywall. I looked around for a trustworthy person to come and fix the issue within reasonable price. When Angie's list advertised it on Big Deals, I signed up for an A+ rated handyman. Sal was very professional and always made sure I knew when he was going to come and such. He was very detail oriented and did the job amazingly well. I could not have asked for more. He is very polite and down to earth as far as costs/charges go.

Overall, it went very well. We're very pleased with his work and he made all of the repairs in about two weeks. I plan to have him refinish two tables after the holidays. He was very nice personally and very patient as I came up with more and more things that needed to be fixed as we walked around the house! I would highly recommend him to anyone

Sal did an excellent job. We scheduled for about 4 weeks out because my schedule was not very flexible and Sal stays busy and has lots of repeat customers. Sal takes pride in his work and the repairs were made to last a lifetime - he does it right the first time! I will definitely have him back to do a few more repairs for me in the future. Please be patient when trying to get on Sal's schedule - you will be happy that you did!

Sal arrived punctually at our home the day after totalling his truck. He probably should have rescheduled and rested. But it was obvious that he takes great pride in his business, his workmanship and his appointments with his customers. He patched quite a few holes in the ceiling of our garage and painted it as well. He also was able to fix some damage to a wall in our garage by cutting out a large area and replacing the sheetrock, taping, bedding and painting. When Sal was finished you could not tell there had ever been any damage. After he left, our neighbor walked by and asked us if we had just painted our garage. The work he did made the entire three car garage look brand new. We have a big list of things for Sal to do after Christmas. Can't wait to have him back.

I called Sal on a Saturday morning to see if he thought the Angie's List "Big Deal" (expiring that day) would apply to a backsplash I had with rotting drywall. He came out as promised--even after a very long day--to make sure I could decide whether to purchase or not. He told me that I really needed a backsplash and not to waste money on drywall repair. Extremely honest and conscientious! I will definitely use him in the future!!

Sal Love of AAA Handyman Service came to my house and gave me a price to repair the grout in two bathrooms. I was delighted with his price and hired him to do the job. He came promptly the next day and did a wonderful job of repairing the old grout in our two downstairs bathrooms. He found other areas that I had not even noticed that needed attention to prevent water damage and repaired those also. I was so happy with his work and cheerful disposition, that I hired him to return and do more work for me.
