It went well. Edward had my job as well as others since the surrounding areas were also hit by the storm. He came to my house and started on the work when he said he would. He told me that he would be by the next day to take away all of the branches that were lying in our back yard. No one showed up the next day and I e-mailed him to ask what had happened. He responded within 10 minutes and told me that he thought that his other crew had gone to clean up the branches and apologized to me for miscommunication. He told me that he would be at my house Sunday after church and he was. He and one of his employees sawed and hauled away an incredible amount of branches and cleaned the back yard. He even cleared away oak branches from our trees that he was not responsible for and removed the stump of one of our large oak branches that had broken and sealed the area. I would recommend him to friends and would use his service again.

I had a coupon for $225 worth of work for $75. The coupon said to contact them by email, which I did on 2/14/13. On the 18th Mr. Reyes wrote back and asked for my address, which I gave that day. I never heard a word from him. On March 6 I wrote again. On March 10 he said he could do the estimate on March 11, and he did come that day. I told him what I needed done. He said the work would be done on March 13. Then added, "well maybe the 14th". Both days came and went. I called and wrote on the morning of the 18th and asked what happened. I had to go out for a while, and of course they came while I was gone. I am most unhappy with the work. They cut down fully half of my oak, much more than I wanted pruned. I was specific with him at the estimate that I did NOT want a lot off, just the very bottom branches. I wanted the oleander cut back 2 feet from the sidewalk, where it was hanging in people's way, and 1 foot off the driveway side of it. They took about 6" off the sidewalk side, so that it's still hanging over it! And then took 1 foot off all 3 of the other sides. I am not pleased with any aspect of this. It took a month of begging to get them over, and then didn't do the job right. Had they come when they were supposed to, I could have directed the work. Interestingly enough, they have a $25 fee if the customer fails to show for the estimate, but I guess it doesn't apply to them not showing up. They did do a good clean up job of the branches, so I gave them credit for that.
