+ -1 moreI was not given an estimate of either job prior to the work started, nor was I told the cost of Job #1 before Job #2 was completed. The faucet at Job #1 site began to leak again within 10 days. (It eventually cost $90 to have the non-repair fixed properly.) Job #2: The quality of this work was poor. The wax toilet seal was squashing out & there were wide gaps along the base. It was not sealed with caulk. Water & black stains were everywhere. The toilet gushed water all around the base the very first time it was flushed. When I reported the leaking the following morning, I was told the a tech would be out that a.m. He arrived at 5:30 p.m. When I reported the leak at Job #1 site 10 days later, I was given an appointment with the owner & tech for following a.m. l. When they did not arrive, I was told someone would call me with a new time. No one ever did. I tried contacting the co. & the Better Business Bureau, but finally got a partial refund via Small Claims Court.
Description of Work: I had work performed at two houses on the same day: 1. Repair a dripping shower faucet in my rent house. The tech told me that the valve seats were worn & needed replacing, but the damage appeared to have been made by the extraction tool itself. Cost:$305.68. 2.Clear clogged toilet at my home next door. A nail brush had become lodged in the toilet bowl. Removal of tank & bowl so that object could be fished out. Cost: $420.11.

+ -1 moreI WOULD REHIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS WE MAY HAVE WITH OUR PLUMBING. THE PLUMBER THAT CAME OUT WAS PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY WERE FAST AND DID A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: THE JOB THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BY THIS COMPANY WAS TO REPLACE PIPES AND FIX A PROBLEM WITH THE TOLIETS.
