We have used Kevin for the past 10 years for all our extermination needs for 2 residences  He is simply the best. He is very through in his treatment and prompt in responding to any special needs. Above all, he is the consummate gentleman. I very strongly recommend Kevin and the Done Right Pest Control foe all your extermination needs  

I highly recommend Kevin. He is very professional, knows what he is doing, and is a decent human being. He always puts booties over his shoes when he comes into the house, regardless of whether there is mud or not. He is aware of small details that present a positive, professional image. I trust him and his recommendations completely, and I've learned a lot about insects from him as well!

We were overrun with scorpions! We had to kill one or two every day. Kevin came out and did a super job of eliminating them. He's very professional and thorough. I will say he doesn't return calls as promptly as some places, but I'm sure it's because he's so busy!

Kevin was recommended to me by a friend. He is a professional in every aspect of his work. In addition, he is the most pleasant individual I have ever worked with. I can always depend on him to respond to any to any issues I have. He is always prompt for his appointments, goes about his work in a quiet efficient manner, and ends visit with "call me if you have any problems", and he means it. I know that to be true from 1st hand experience.

Kevin just goes the extra mile. We were being invaded by crickets and so he came back and didn't charge extra for it. He did some additional spraying and put some screens around the garage to help take care of the problem. He guarantees his work and actually stands behind it.

Kevin Riley is the owner and is the sole guy. He does the pest control for everybody in my neighborhood. He is awesome. I guess I have a contract with him but you don't have to. He does not do any of that kind of thing. He does for six months and you pay for those six months. If you see stuff he will come back and take of them. I used to use another pest control provider and Kevin is cheaper. If you don't want to do during the winter months when everything is dead, like you don't have bug issues in winter but during the summer months because of the heat and the dryness you have the bugs. So you pay him when you need him. Price wise I think he is fair. I will use them in the future.

The quality of his professional service is without a doubt the best we have ever had, and we've had regular pest-control service as a matter of upkeep on every home where we have lived during the past 40 years. After hearing squirrels in my ceiling, I wondered why we designed our home to fit amongst the trees, but hindsight being 20/20; I needed to find a pest control professional to deal with the problem. Uncomfortable with just randomly selecting someone from the yellow pages, and with Angie's List satisfaction guarantee, joining was a no-brainer. After reading the reviews and comments, I contacted Kevin Riley's A Done Right Pest Control to do the job. Mr. Riley is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, prompt and honest. Finding out how the squirrels were getting in was very difficult and Mr. Riley was diligent and did not give up until he found their point of entry. He made many trips out to my home in Wimberley and my dog became so fond of Kevin that he performed his welcome home dance for him. It's great to have my home squirrel free and I will definitely call Kevin Riley when I need pest control services.

He arrived on time, was very polite and professional, listened to our concerns, tried to seek out the cause of our concerns, addressed the issues, and went over and above what was needed to make us happy customers. He gave us a 30 day warrantee, and told me step by step what pests he treated, what to expect of the treatment, and then offered to take out my trash on the way out. It was a 40 gallon trash bag. He knew that I had to go to the hospital due to the pest he was called out for, so just in case I was still afraid, he said, "may I take that out for you?" I said, "No, that's ok." He said, "Are you sure? Your husband said that you are afraid to go outside." So that kind man took that trash out for me. When he opened the door to leave, pests came inside trying to escape the substance he used. I closed the door quickly and he saw me hopping around so he came back inside, without even being asked, and stepped on all of the critters that had entered my house. He was my hero! :) Also, he never spoke about personal stories until I asked him specifically about the fact that my husband told me he was going on a vacation. He was just a very nice and most professional man. We will certainly use his services again.

They are excellent. I use Kevin on an yearly basis. He comes out quarterly and he treats my house. He also treats several of my neighbors’ houses, my mom’s house, and her neighbors’ houses. He is fantastic. The last time he came out, I paid $119.08. I have friends who are paying a lot more and getting a lot less. He treated both the inside and the outside of the house, completely with chemicals, set barriers, checked everything, and checked for any signs of infestation. He always does a little extra. When I noticed that there were wasp nests on the eaves of my house, he knocked all those out for me. He is like a member of my family. I will use him again. In fact, I am selling my house and moving and I will be taking him with me.

Excellent! Kevin always gives more than expected and this time was no exception. He found where silverfish were getting in through an opening where we had some plumbing repaired during a remodel and although his barriers were killing them, he cleaned out the entire cabinet, replaced the barriers and put everything back in as it was before. You would never have known there was a big mess back in there.

Extremely well. We scheduled a visit between 4 and 5 p.m. My husband and I work quite a distance from home and planned to leave work around 3 to make it home and meet Kevin. We drove into the drive way at 3:46 and he was there waiting for us. Kevin was very thorough in his first visit with us and didn't finish until close to 5:30. He treated fire ant mounds that had worked their way into the pillars on the front porch even though fire ant mounds is a separate service. Kevin is truly the nicest "service person" we've encountered in the three years we've lived in this home.

Great! We had no clue how to go about doing this and so we asked Kevin Riley, our pest control professional, for his advice. He looked at the situation and since the vent was an unusual shape and only reachable by an extension ladder, it was a little more complex than we would feel comfortable taking on. Kevin fashioned a screen out of a flexible material that would allow free air access, but totally frustrate the wrens who had taken over out there. He spent about an hour cleaning it thoroughly, sealing it up and screwing the material on securely for us. We felt much better about using our fireplace when it turned cold.

Excellent service, shows up on time, follows up and owner Kevin Riley is one of the nicest guys you will ever deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

This was a very professional company and they came out on a schedule to spray. They did a thorough job of spraying everywhere. We have been very satisfied with their service and we haven't had any pest problems since using them. They came out 4 times a year for the spraying.
