The fridge was not working and after the repair it worked. So no complaints about the visit since trouble shooting isn't always 100%. It didn't fix the problem. The fridge compressor would not start later that day. It turns out this is likely a design flaw and repairing may involve replacing the compressor. The issues were price. The visit was advertised as $60. The parts replaced were $10 from sears. Even with marking up the parts, the $187 I was charged for a visit of 45min that didn't fix the problem was too steep. Positives: The repairman did come back on a saturday. This was very nice of him. It didn't fix the problem but a great effort. The company A Bargin, did agree to give me back half the bill. I have not yet received it however (1 week). advice: Don't let them gouge you
Description of Work: Diagnose and repair a Frigidaire refrigerator. A relay and capacitor to start the compressor was replaced.
