360 Degree Construction

For this project I had met with about 20 contractors from well-established builders to small handyman people. The bids were all over the place; with the big builders in town being smug and laughing at my budget. Dave had the best price; expertise and demeanor of all the contractors I had interviewed. He has a team of framers that he works with they provide a good product at a very reasonable price. The best part of the 360 degree construction was the way different issues were handled. Dave provided creative and value conscious options while providing a well-built product. He was quick to fix any issues that came up during and after the construction. I strongly recommend as a builder to use for any major home remodel.

Dave was incredibly easy to work with, stuck to the estimated initial budget and kept within a very aggressive timeline for our project. The best thing about working with Dave is he makes the process easy and knows how to manage any problems that naturally come up during a construction project. As decisions had to be made along the way he was patient with us and help consult with us on the pro's and con's of each option. He also never considered the job finished until all items were knocked out, no matter how small. I would never do a major project without a general contractor and that contractor will be Dave/360.

Amazing Experience! Great work that was affordable, on budget, on time, with impressive results. David and his team were simply incredible. Truly enjoyable to deal with, and got the job done beyond our expectations. He was very attentive and patient, guiding us through the entire process.
