+ 0 moreFifteen Mexican men worked from 9AM until 3PM Monday - Friday for two weeks, then only five men worked for the next four to five weeks. They were quiet and respectful to me. I could not understand or communicate with the workers because they didn't speak English. The foreman, Gavino, was professional and wonderful to work with, and he spoke both English and Spanish. At the end of each day, the workers would pick up 90% of their trash and neatly pile their materials. Workers did get sloppy at about week four and tried to hide large piles of extra concrete under decorative bushes near the street.
Description of Work: My home is pier and beam with a concrete perimeter. 3G leveled the entire structure. They took more than triple the amount of time estimated to complete the work because they pulled 2/3 of their workers to other jobs leaving only 1/3 the workers at my location. The foreman was the only english speaking person on site. The workers did a decent job of cleaning up the work area at the end of each day. It appears the work was done correctly and a engineers report was given to me at completion. The original estimate was the final cost.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt, efficient, and everything happened exactly as they said it would. With two days left to go, we got hit by an ice storm(Jan '07 storm)that delayed the work as well as increased the mess significantly. But that wasn't their fault-just bad luck. Everything went very well. We were already planning on replacing the floors, so we had them punch through the floors/foundation in order to install the interior piers, but they offered to tunnel in from the outside if desired(more expensive). I've already recommended Dario/3G to other friends, one of whom used his company as well.
Description of Work: Our small house was off level by about 4"-5" across the North/South direction of the house(slight East/West tilt as well, but not as much). They installed supports under the house and brought the house much closer to level, although not all the way to minimize the risk of damaging the house as it has a slab foundation.

+ -1 moreMan answered the phone with 'hello' instead of name of company. I had to ask if I had the right number. I told man the problem and made an appointment for two days later. Nobody showed up at the appointed time and nobody called me back.
Description of Work: I had numerous cracks inside and outside the house plus doors that did not hang straight or would not stay closed. I also knew that I had a cracked foundation because we had previously had a water leak from under the living room and had to pull back the carpet and saw it. I wanted to have leveling measurements taken, get advice on what exactly was causing the crack and unlevel conditions, get advice on how to fix it, and get a price estimate.
