My personal trainer is Ross Nix and he has a Masters in Exercise Physiology. He is very excellent with senior citizens. I usually go to them once a week. I dislike exercise to a degree you would find hard to imagine and he makes it manageable. He tailors the exercises that I can do for me and I have a little physical issues, he works with a multitude of things including people with MS and thing much worse than my little issues. His demeanor is absolutely A1.

Description of Work: We have been members of 24 hour fitness for several years. The quality of the equipment has deteriorated Over time and the maintenance is very slow and inadequate. We were told at the end of last year when much of the equipment had "out of order" signs on it, that we were going to receive all new equipment when the club was remodeled. They did paint the walls and take down the Lance Armstrong pictures and much to our surprise, we did receive all new equipment--New to us that is. They simply moved all the old equipment from the other clubs, installed new equipment in those clubs, and moved their old machines to our location. Much of the equipment needed repair the first week we had it. We continue to use this club because we have friends that are members there, but I would recommend looking around carefully at other facilities before joining this one.
