It worked out fine but I just want a receipt so I can have it for my record. I called them twice and they haven't responded back to me. I informed him that I do not have a computer and I can only receive it by mail.

Everything went very well. They also do roofing, so they were able to do a quick inspection even though I had hired them for painting. They did a very nice job with the painting, particularly with matching the paint and their tidiness. I spoke to the office staff and they were very polite and helpful. They were on time, and everything went very smoothly.

Awesome! Gary provided the estimate which was very reasonable, the crew worked 3 1/2 full days and did a great job. They cleaned up everyday, and really made no mess at all. True professionals!

I really thought the quote was higher than I would actually choice. I called up other two people and they're quote was really high so decided not to use them. He was good, very professional, he gave me the quote and all that. It was good all together, it was just the price point, there was no value.

Very timely, professional and did a great job. Cleaned up completely on leaving each day and when project was finished. Responded quickly to email and onsite questions and follow-up.

GREAT! Vendor was great! The crew chief Hector was very personable and good at the details. The bidder Mike Loar was professional and responsive to my texts and emails.

Very professional and clean work. Cleaned up all debris afterward and did an outstanding job on everything. I think one of the biggest testimatments to how well these guys did was there were a few issues such as a window getting broken. In such a large job it's not uncommon to have things get broken..but they had it repaired with no issue by an outside company. So not only was their work outstanding but any issues that came up they handled without complaint...that's a true test of a solid dependable company in my mind. They also went above and beyond by power washing my stone deck along with other things that I really appreciated.

I had to purchase the paint and supplies. Painter showed up earlier than the apt time.

The painter did a good job but could not finish all of the rooms in the time allotted.

The work completed was done well by the service team. The following were of concern: calls made to contractor were very rarely returned and two separate quotes or bids were given for interior painting work. This was confusing. Finally, at the end of the project, contractor submitted a second invoice for ceiling damage repair under insurance policy. Owner did not expect two invoices at end of project. Total cost of project was high. Work that contractor offered as free (as we were repeat customers) did not appear to be. Contractor was contacted with concerns. No adjustments to invoices were made.

They showed up on time. Were very professional in calling me with updates and receipt of faxes etc. From the ground it looks like they did a good job. They finished in a timely manner (2 days). I have no complaints other than I found 11 nails (I used a magnet) in my front yard after the project was completed. I cannot assume that they were all there as a result of the project but I suspect they were.

I was told that it was going to be half of that for the 2 painters and not that amount for each painter. I thought I was paying $299 for 2 painters.

I'm sure they would've done a good job, but we had an excellent job done by another popcorn removal guy who charged nearly $1k less than our 21st century quote.

I hired 21st Century Painting based on the reviews from this site. Unfortunately, my project did not go as expected. I had to have them return for corrections and that didn't go as well as expected either. On June 22, 2016, the field rep came and looked at the work and agreed that they needed to get some areas that were missed and get the paint off of the stairs. I was told Gary would be in touch with me to get the completion scheduled. I never heard from Gary and when his billing department called to ask about payment on July 20th, I told them the job was not completed and that I had chosen to hire another company to complete the job. I expected professional painters to be able to step back, take a look, and make sure everything looked good before packing up and leaving, and leaving with paint on my freshly refinished stairs.

They found where the water was coming in and came back out on a weekend to seal and finish that job at no extra charge. They were great!

Kind of so so. I was a little disappointed he had me run a whole bunch of supplies for a little tiny job that they could have provided me for 5 bucks and he had me buy way too much paint for the job and it was very expensive paint. Other than that it was great. It cost way more than it needed to. That was my only complaint. The worker was good and everything else was fine. They were here not very long after I bought it. I would say they were here within a month of the purchase date, I'm not sure but I think it's been about a month.

The estimating process was incredibly fast but I ultimately got three prices to make significant external repairs and paint two duplexes which had been sorely neglected. 21st Century Painting & Roofing was not the cheapest but provided the most detailed scope of repairs that were included in their quote. This instilled confidence that they had thoroughly evaluated the project and the job would come in at that price. In fact, it did! The work was done only a couple of weeks later which is pretty darn fast and was done straight through by a professional crew which respected the property and kept it clean for our family and animals overnight. The punch list items were handled promptly and again, did not result in extra charges. I was impressed with the knowledge and service and would use 21st Century again.

Gary and his crew his an outstanding job. I am so impressed with their work that I am looking at having them do some roof maintenance work as well. They were very prompt and professional and committed to the job from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them. My house looks like a brand new home.

Gary's crew did an outstanding job. I feel like I now have a brand new home on the outside. I am looking at another deal on Angie's list for roof maintenance package with 21st Century painting and roofing. I've had several neighbors come over to comment on the great work they did on my house.
