The work was professionally done and completed in a timely manner. The specialist provided great service with a smile.

Overall this was a very good experience. The bid was clear and straight forward, the team arrived on time and when problems arose (wooden facia needing replacement) options were presented clearly and completed expertly. The main person I worked with visited throughout the project and even came back the next day to make sure the site was cleaned up and we were happy with the teams work. (Cost includes re-roofing, relocating an exhaust fan inside the bathroom, replacing the cricket and replacing facia.)

They worked hard for 2 days. Taped everything and then painted using latex for walls and oil for moldings and cabinets.

They did some painting in my home, they did an outstanding job in my house. I were amazed, and I was very satisfied with the work and professionalism. I had a costumed book case, they did an outstanding job in sanding and staining and painted it very well. I have a 500 pound Buddha statue at the bottom of the bookcase, and they moved it and the stained the area, and then they came back and put back the statue back perfectly and they did an outstanding work on it. They covered everything and cleaned up after themselves, they just did a wonderful job.

Work went well for the most part and was completed to my satisfaction - no complaints. Will definitely call them for future remodeling projects.

They were professional, polite, arrived on time, fully discussed what they were going to do before they started. The did alot of floor prep (to make sure the paint didn't get on anything) and finished on time. They cleaned up afterward.

I contacted 21st Century to do a roof inspection on a house I am purchasing. They scheduled the inspection the same day, which is very valuable since I am working within a tight option period. The results of the inspection were honest and professional. The company did not "try to find something wrong" just to get business. Emily, the office professional, did a great job following up and making sure the report fulfilled requirements for insurance purposes. I could see why this company has won Angie's List service awards for many years. I will definetly use this company in the future for any roofing or painting needs.

This company is superb in every way. The price was competitive and I appreciated Mike's communication with me regarding the estimate and schedule. Hector (the painter) was wonderful. He worked fast but was very professional and thorough. A real perfectionist! He was courteous, cheerful and also communicated very well with me. He left touch-up paint and I figured I would find tiny areas that I would need to take care of the next day since that's to be expected. I haven't found one! I'll definitely hire again.

The painter from 21st Century Painting and Roofing did a great job. In fact, the whole experience with 21st Century Painting and Roofing was excellent. They went above and beyond to get my job scheduled on short notice. My house was going on the market and the work needed to be done in a tight window. They met that challenge despite an already busy schedule of their own.

I was very impressed with this company as a whole. Emily who works in the office did an exceptional job of coordinating with my insurance which can be complicated and time consuming. The roofers were prompt and efficient. The worked incredibly hard and completed my roof in one day. When Gary felt I might be making a poor selection with my shingle color, he shared his expertise to make sure I got the color I really wanted and I am thrilled with the final result. It is really beautiful. What I liked the most about this company is when I had questions about the work after the job was done they sent a manager to my house immediately to make sure I was completely satisfied and went the extra mile with their customer service even though it wasn't really necessary. That was very kind. I couldn't be happier with my new roof and highly recommend this company.

21st Century was very professional and prompt, both with the estimates and the repairs and painting. We had had our siding painted a few years ago, and the paint was already fading and peeling. We really wanted to have the job done right this time. We are very happy with how thorough 21st Century was. Their attention to detail was well beyond what we had done before. They found several problem areas (rotted siding, damaged flashing, etc.) and repaired it immediately. They thoroughly pressure washed the exterior before painting. I changed my mind on the garage door color, and they promptly changed it without any extra charge. They showed up each day and completed the project just when they said they would, the painters were courteous, and the cost was well under two other estimates we got. We are very pleased!

This mostly interior job involved some exterior work, as well, including patching and repair to a couple of weather-damaged exterior doorways. A single phone call quickly brought a 21st Century Painting and Roofing representative to assess the job, and a detailed written estimate followed in a couple of days. After receiving my approval, a schedule was offered that saw the job actually performed within mere days. The work was done on time and with great attention to detail. The crew of 2 painters and 1 carpenter were as responsive and professional as ever I've seen, and their work was excellent. It went very well. It painter was on time, professional, friendly, and clean. He jumped right in. Everything needed two coats. My walls are smooth and evenly coated.

Sent email and received response within a day. We had an onsite estimate within a couple of days. We delayed the work a couple of weeks for vacation but they were onsite the day after we got back. The entire job took 3 days. Everyone on the crew was very friendly and answered our questions. They cleaned up every day and kept the work site in good shape. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd use them again.

It worked out fine but I just want a receipt so I can have it for my record. I called them twice and they haven't responded back to me. I informed him that I do not have a computer and I can only receive it by mail.

Everything went very well. They also do roofing, so they were able to do a quick inspection even though I had hired them for painting. They did a very nice job with the painting, particularly with matching the paint and their tidiness. I spoke to the office staff and they were very polite and helpful. They were on time, and everything went very smoothly.
