Description of Work: They replaced siding on one side and repainted the exterior. The quality was excellent. However, responsiveness was spotty. I had to practically beg them to communicate a start date with me after I hired them. They didn't use Sherwin Williams paint as I requested (used Kelley Moore). They also arrived MUCH later than they said they would the first day, which was very inconvenient for two working parents. However, when I called them to repaint the back door because the color was way off, they came immediately and repainted. The price was very fair, and the workmanship was top notch.

Description of Work: I had the entire exterior of my home painted, excluding the brick. This included all windows and door trim, all doors,garage door, gutters,etc. They also repaired small cracks and caulked. 21st Century did an excellent job. The paint job was perfect, cleanup was great, and the professionalism was outstanding. I've received many compliments on my newly painted home and I would definitely and highly recommend 21st Century Painting to anyone!

Description of Work: We retained 21st Century painting to touch up trim and baseboards on a stairwell that had recently been refloored, and touch up paint on doors in adjoining, heavily trafficked areas of our home. Scheduling was a little tricky to start up, owing in large part to our busy work schedules, but the business owner was courteous and frank about his team's availability to come in and turn key the job in one day (which was fantastic!). For the most part, calls were returned calls in a timely manner, and were always professional & courteous. We settled on a date, the service professional arrived

Description of Work: Bought the trim special ( I had already had this company paint the exterior of my home) the crew came in and caulked and painted soem new crown molding we had put up. Very nice job.

Description of Work: The Century 21 crew came out and did a great job! First of all, they came to the site at 7:30 in the morning (something that is hard to get any contractor to do, it seems). They taped, floated, mudded, and painted drywall for us. We had lots of work to be done and they accomplished almost everything we asked in the 8-hour Angie's List deal. We are probably going to have them pack to do touchup work before we move in. Great experience with very friendly and hardworking crew.

Description of Work: The guys at 21st Century Painting and Roofing just finished painting the ceilings, trim, doors, and stairwell of our condo. They did an incredible job. The project took 2 full days but they were considerated enough to move our funiture back to place each evening so we could stay at home. The owner, Gary and his crew were kind and hard working! I would highly recommend their painting services.

Description of Work: They painted a couple of my doors shut when they painted the outside of my home. They replaced the flashing and left that in the yard along with nails. It was not a good experience.
