Description of Work: I did not accept the offer and did not want to comment/criticize/rate work I did not have done as I believed it would be unfair to the vendor.. A minimum of work of caulking was completed.......Additional work was offered but I do not believe it would have worked to eliminate the leaking roof. As it turned out, the caulking did not reduce the leaks. Date is approximate.

Description of Work: Painted all enamel work on cabinets doors and doors

Description of Work: I had interior doors and framing re-painted to a fresh white and the interior of a bathroom repainted. The men were capable and willing to do what I needed and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Bought the door/trim 8 hours of |painting. 2 painters came for 4 |hours each. They worked steadily, painted perfectly, & were very professional!

Description of Work: I had two bedrooms painted and 3 small bathrooms painted, with one bathroom requiring removal of wallpaper and wall prep before painting which increased my cost quite a bit. The painters were very professional and did a great job. The original estimate was given by Kip who was right on time. I really like the experience I had with this company.

Description of Work: 21st Century came and patched the hole in my roof. They were very prompt and finished the work on time. It was a little pricey, but the repair is holding up and I am happy with the quality.

Description of Work: A man replaced the entry door from outside into garage. The old door and frame were badly rotted. We purchased a new door and he installed it perfectly!

Description of Work: Replaced roof,replaced,repaired and painted some wood trim. Work was done in timely fashion but did need to call about time to complete some unfinished painting.

Description of Work: Gary came out to give us an estimate and a proposal to paint our house. The price was at the low end of other proposals. After our initial interactionwith Gary, we were put in a cue but never informed of where we were in this que. Finally, one very nice man came out to begin the work. In the end, he painted the enire house by himself and we never saw Gary again. We received our bill and payed it promptly. The paint job was good but not great. But with no help, we could not expect more. Once the proposal was accepted, communication with Gary stopped and even the office personel were not informed of our position in the que.
