Very well. They got the job done quickly and efficiently.

We hired 21st Century to replace deteriorated and rotted wood siding with hardie board siding around a bay window on our house. Also to replace rotted wood trim and prep work for painting. Repainted the exterior of the entire house. The work was done professionally and with care. The general manager and his crew arrived on a Monday morning as planned, and the job was finished on Thursday of the same week. It probably would've been completed a day earlier had it not been for an unforeseen issue of fire ant damage to the studs under the old wood siding. The scope of work was confirmed with me before the work began and the crew promptly got to work. The carpentry work and prep work was very thorough and professional. All issues or questions I had during the job were handled promptly and satisfactory. The crew was polite and respectful of my home, and worked very hard to make sure my wife and I were satisfied. 21st Century had made a positive impression on us dating back 5 years earlier when they came to our home and quoted the same job which we declined at that time due to budget constraints caused by other home improvements were doing at the time. We would most definitely hire 21st Century again and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic. This company did a first rate job. They replaced rotted wood, caulked EVERY crack, painted the house, and then cleaned up everything completely. I would hire them again and again. Their cost was very reasonable also.

It could not have gone better. They arrived early in the morning (0830)) of day 1 and washed the entire exterior of the house. On day 2, they caulked every crack anywhere on the exterior of the house. They masked off all of the windows and other fixtures. They also scraped primed all external metal surfaces that were to be painted. On day 3, they painted the entire exterior except for the bricks with no spraying on areas not needing paint. When the paint dried, they removed the masking from windows, etc, cleaned up everything, and left. A PERFECT JOB.

Everything went great! They did a nice job and got the work done quickly - everything looks brand new.

All went well and timely. They did a good job of cleaning and prepping surfaces for painting and cleaned up everything.

I had an incredible experience with these guys. Mike, my dedicated point of contact would answer any emails within minutes, often times after business hours. As with any project, little concerns would come up here and there and they would start to address them immediately and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I really can't say enough good things about this company.

Repairs were performed in timely manner. They did a professional written bid with photos of the damage after the roof was inspected. After repairs, they sent photos of the repairs. Workers communicated well and were courteous.

Fantastic! I wish I could name the guys individually on the team that did the work. They were so efficient, professional & neat! After power-washing the back of the house, the carpenter set to work pulling off rotted siding & calking gaps while the rest of the crew power-washed the front! They were very conscientious while working around my mother-in-law's bedroom, waving to her whenever they went by her window. the entire house was done in three days with scraps cleaned up & debris hauled away. I can't say enough about these guys & how well they worked. I'd not only hire them again, I'd refer them to anyone who asks.

It was easy and painless. So happy with the results. Joel and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. I would 100% use them again!

As always, 21st Century is quick to come to the rescue! We started using 21st Century in 2012. Roofing, painting - they're your guys. Quality work at a reasonable price - I highly recommend them.

The painting was delayed due to rain, however, Gary kept us abreast of the start date. The painting team showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up every day and was very professional. They also did an excellent job with the painting. They covered the neighbors car that was in the driveway, so no paint would get on his car.

Great and my house looks amazing! They did such a great job, didn’t need any touch ups at the end.

21st Century power washed both decks, waited a few days for them to dry and came back to stain. We were most impressed by their slow, methodical and thorough approach. They stained every square inch including the large posts that supported the 2-level decks. It looked great and we will definitely use them again. One final note - we needed to replace our 28-yr old outdoor flood lights that were unreachable and they very generously did that for us as we didn't have a 20' ladder. That was a nice touch!

Excellent work! Did a beautiful job, cleaned up daily as the contract stated, responsive to my requests, began the project earlier than expected and finished in the time estimated. No payment expected until I was completely satisfied with the project! Outstanding company- would (and plan to) hire again!

The crew showed up on time and accomplished most of the prep work on the first day. Painting was done on the second day. They did a good job especially with the painting. I am very happy with the results and will use them again if needed.

Excellent! Kip was our contact, and he was extremely responsive to all our questions! The actual work was done in about 8 hours, and they did an excellent job of cleanup as well. Quite pleased with the results!
