The painter arrived on time, did a professional job, and worked constantly while here. The site was left clean and neat.

They did a great job, quality work and were a little pricey.

Gary was very nice and the estimate was less than I expected for the quality of work they performed. I couldn't believe they were able to paint 3200 sq feet in 2 1/2 days with a roller. I thought for sure they would use an airbrush thing. My arms would have fallen off. The work is excellent and the house looks brand new now. There is not one spot where the paint is on any of the trim and the guy was just using a paintbrush! No tape! He should have been a surgeon maybe. Everything looks amazing. We had them paint a nice neutral color on our new home just so that it looked fresh. When we finally decide on the real colors, you can bet we will be calling them again. I am also going to refer them to my mom bc she got ripped off with the company she used on Craig's list. Also great with the scheduling bc we kind of gave them a narrow window and they were able to accommodate.

They came out promptly to do an estimate. Did an excellent job on the painting as well as some touch up areas. Gary was very professional and always answered his phone and took care of me. Would definitely use again!

The work looks good. Several of the windowsills had water damage and they look like new. The painter said they use paint that will resist the blistering and flaking from water sitting on the sills. I would use them again.

.Kip was on time for the appointment for providing the estimate, and I received it via e-mail in a couple of days. Once I decided on 21st Century as the contractor, Kip scheduled the job as soon as a good weather window was available. The crew came out on time and pressure washed the house, patio, and even our mailbox. They did a very good job in replacing a rotten door sill. They scraped, primed, and caulked all around the house. They painted the house, trim, and even the mailbox (not in the job quote) and then cleaned up after themselves. When they left, the house looks great and there was NO mess in the yard. I would recommend them to anyone that needed their house painted.

The service was performed as estimated. The 21st Century personnel were professional and covered and/or taped off everything in our living room to prevent over-spray. They cleaned up everything when the job was finished.

They were fantastic. This was a huge job. They knocked it out quickly and beautifully. Due to the large scope of the project, there are inevitably some challenges along the way. One of the most important things when working with contractors is how they handle/solve the challenges. Thanks to the finesse and polished expertise of the owners/project manager and the painters, my final product was truly outstanding. The owners managed the many projects and painters that were on site in a world class way. We consider ourselves fortunate to have them on our team now. Contractors will make you or break you. Painters are often particularly challenging. Make your life easier by going with 21st Century. I have a lot of experience working with contractors and choosing them is a wise decision based on quality, price, and professionalism.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They did a good job and were fast. They did the job in one day and did a lot more than I thought they would.

We contacted the vendor because he received so many good reviews. It took 2 calls to get them to come and see the job we needed to have done. A contract was to be sent and signed, it hasn't arrived, after several calls and emails , we were told they were 30 days behind. That is all well and good, but tell us that up front. As to whether my husband will want them to do the work, I don't know, we were not very pleased.

We were really happy with the deal. We actually ended up contracting them the next day as well. We were pretty happy with the price. The quality was good, but a bit more touch-up would have been great (there were a few spots they missed). There was also a scheduling issue, but they were responsive and worked with us to resolve it.

Overall pretty happy. I had several bids from other companies and they were the 2nd highest but with the Angie's List deal it made them the cheapest. So we went with them and saved about $600 overall. The crew did a good job and I really appreciated how well they cleaned up the site. Overall I would use them again since I know the work is quality.

I purchased a Big Deal offer on Angie's List for Exterior painting. Once I had some woodwork completed, I contacted 21st Century to set up a time. They actually had a cancellation a couple days later and asked if I could work with them starting that day. The painters showed up soon and spent three days powerwashing, caulking and painting. They did an outstanding professional job - both caulking and painting. They asked me to walk around and check their work before they completed and left. They quickly touched up a few minor areas I had noted. Work was completed exactly as promised in the Big Deal details. We are extremely satisfied with the work and would highly recommend this company to our neighbors!

This was the perfect transaction! I bought it as a special deal on Angie's List, which assured a great price! I called to set an appointment and found Gary very professional and easy to work with. |The painter, Lorenzo, was prompt, friendly and worked hard all day to assure we got the job done. It looks so terrific, I'm having them paint the exterior of my home soon!

Gary is an excellent contractor. He came highly recommended by my preferred home inspector. His company covers everything I can think of regarding the exterior of a home. He is great with follow up and ensuring a good job is done.

It went well. I was on a tight timeline as carpet needed to be done also and everything had to be done by the end of the month (b/c it was being rented). He was flexible when I had some trouble deciding on paint color and he didn't get cranky about it. He did a good job on the deck and the kitchen cabinets look much much better than before, better than I expected.He made some recommendations about type of paint. He didn't ask for or take any money until the entire job was completed to my satisfaction, and I even offered partial payment when the job was half done. Gary put his bids in writing and was happy to clarify when I wanted a bit more detail and description on the scope of the job. I tried him out on Angie's list, buying a special he offered. The guy did such a good job that I requested a quote from Gary on this big job and I'm glad I did. He's easy to work with and professional. It turned out great with minor hassle and I'd recommend him for sure.

I did all the initial conversation and quotes over the phone from out of state. Gary's well-organized structure made this seamless. The painters always came on time, were friendly, kept the interior clean and immaculate and displayed great detail in their job. We have intricate crown molding and they spent the time to make it look perfect. This is truly a professional painting business. They could paint the interior of the White House, so their pricing is a steal. My recommendation is to stop looking. I wish I could include pictures. I only hope the rest of our house will look as good as the paint.
